This Isn't the NFL We're Looking For

You know I'm not boycotting the NFL, and I don't care who kneels or who matters. Or what Trump tweets or doesn't.

I've been passing up NFL games for the same reason I've been dumping all those RNC fundraising letters, I hear they are raising more sough than ever though.

See its flipping 2017, not an election year and I as an America would like at least one (insert expletive or your choice here) day without the RNC, Trump or anyone else begging me for money or trying to sell me tickets to see dear leader.

The same goes for the NFL, I would like to take three hours to just tune out of life, including politics, all together and just sit there, brain dead, 3/4 drunk and wathc some big guys smash each other in the mouth for a while.

Its like a Calgon bath, for men.

But no, they went and ruined that too. Hell you can't even watch the Tonight Show or whatever the hell they call that crap anymore. I mean used to you could depend on a large breasted woman in a cocktail dress and few jokes at her expense right after the weather.

Anyway I'm not watching any more football till the politics are gone and it goes back to just hot cheerleaders, beer commercials and violent hits.

America, they've ruined it.

Sandcrawler PSA: Make History Don't Erase History

You know, I've not written about Charlottesville, because obviously when you gather enough morons in one place there is bound to be trouble.

In this case a moron went postal because some other morons were being morons. I mean you have heard of mob mentality, right? So basically there is a danger from morons in America both left and right. But then again morons are pretty much tolerated here.

I heard one girl say something about, "Get the facist boot off my neck!" or something. Young lady, if this were a fascist nation, you'd be dead already. Fascists like order to say the least.

So the media see the death of Heather Heyer as a great opportunity, the case of an innocent, just standing around.... you know. And it plays. Very bad deal all the way around. As they say in the sticks, "shit got out of hand."

Sad....

My advice, avoid clouds of morons. But still its playing and its playing well. I don't buy any of it really. Its politics at its purest. If not fake news, news twisted and molded to suit the narrative of the day.

You've heard it, "We must act", "direct action" all those, you know. Astroturf slogans on both sides.

This moron named James Fields, may he never see the light of day again. Because again any excuse he may have doesn't pass muster, he intentionally went into the cloud of morons.

So that is our challenge, not to let shit get even further out of hand. Its bad, but we do have have fish to fry.

But that still leaves the morons out there, acting ignorant and breaking things. So I've got one thing to say to the alr-right morons.

The world has NOT been taken over by Zionist Reptilian Space Aliens, turn that shit off and go ask your mother to slap the crap out of you 500 times..... in a row....

And there is barely one more IQ point between you and al-Qaeda. The alt-Rights Jew hatred sounds as paranoid as the Jews tricked us to kill each other and destroy our own countries paranoid delusional crap the Islamic Terrorists say .

And to the left, young and stupid is no way to go through life. Again the same, the fucking Lizzard People ARE NOT GODDAMN REAL! And what the hell is that kicking bronze BS? I was pretty sure you were going to whip off your sandals and go after it. What a bunch of piko dumbshits.....

Now that I have your attention. Rather than take down statues, why not find someone and build the statues that YOU want. Or, God forbid, do something worth while that gets you a statue.

I know that's a radical and difficult idea, but you know, its an American idea. Now get your shit together... and stop fucking up my day.

Me I'm going to have this done, but much larger, in granite.....

Jawas_star_wars_01_zpsf0e40679.jpg

There, I got that off my chest, carry on.

*no ads, I can say whatever I want...

Sandcrawler PSA: 25% of GenX Are Over 50

Listening to NPR and ABC you would think that everyone over 50 is a Baby Boomer?

A new poll says more than 40 percent of America's baby boomers stayed with their employer for more than 20 years. But it's unlikely that their children or grandchildren will experience the same job tenure.

The survey of more than 1,000 Americans 50 and older by the Associated Press-NORC Center for Public Affairs Research shows that 41 percent of those employed workers have spent two decades with the same company, including 18 percent who've stayed at least 30 years.

But it's a trend more common among the older baby boomers than younger ones, and traditional pensions appear to be one of the driving factors.

Among those who have had at least 20 years with a single employer, the survey found that about half are excited about retirement, but a third are anxious about their post-work lives.

When in fact GenXers born from 1961 to 66 are now over 50. That's a chronological 1/4 of GenX is now 50.

We will be the very last to have slipped through that lifetime career portal and the trends affecting younger Boomers continue and worsen among GenX, but now one ever mentions GenX. Millennials and boomers get all the attention while increasingly GenX is holding the last strands of civilization together. Paying huge retirement costs of the Boomers and also the costs of supporting 20 something Millennials efforts to find themselves hopefully before they become 40.

Better save this, the ROP flaggers will find the truth offensive.

Earlier a Twitter Islamist didn't want to play anymore when I pointed out a few things. The Koran says the nation of Israel won't be destroyed, the Koran says women are evil and not to trust them, the Koran was written by a woman.

Ooops. LOL.

Poor bastage.

Obama Wants Congress to Vote on Another BS What War? Declaration Against ISIS?

I hear Obama send congress a note saying something like, he wanted to bomb some more stuff but you know its not really a war war I just want to halfass another war. You know so people can hear about it on the news and it looks like we're doing our job.

This is how you lose a war, pretend its not one.

Look, declare ISIS an Unlawful Belligerent State actor who has has both declared and has made war on the Unites States and its allies and that a state or war exists between the United States and ISIS.

An "Authorization" will gain no respect from the enemy, the enemy that we intend to dismantle and destroy. But not really dismantle and destroy, just kinda dismantle and destroy a little bit, for a few years maybe we dunno.

So I call on the congress to vote on an actual State of War with ISIS and that we fight that war to their unconditional surrender. All honest and old fashioned like.

Because unless ten states siege those ISIS sons of bitches in Raqqa until they cry uncle in utter defeat, you'll have no peace. What you will have is another bunch of people dying in half assed wars for another fifteen to forever years.

If that is what you want, then vote on another half-assed Use of Force Authorization, when you do you consign untold numbers more to death than those that would die in a fair and decisive fight.

Look, half-assed isn't going to work on ISIS.

Do it right, or don't do it at all.

Newest TSA Worry: Cell Phone Bombs?

Um, how much power could a cell phone pack if it was filled with explosives? Apparently, enough that the TSA might ask you to prove that your phone is really a phone and not, I guess, some kind of bomb:

The TSA is requiring passengers flying to the U.S. from some overseas airports to power up their electronic devices before boarding — or risk having to leave their phones or tablets behind.
News reports have suggested the Department of Homeland Security is increasingly worried that terrorists may use Syria as a base to attack U.S.-bound flights, and the Transportation Security Administration’s decision indicates the agency fears terrorists could turn a phone or tablet into an undetectable bomb.
Intuitively, and based on absolutely no science whatsoever, it just seems like something as small as a cell phone wouldn't be big enough to blow up a plane. But I guess maybe it could cause a hole in the structure leading to rapid decompression? I dunno.

It seems to me that the bigger risk would be using the phone as a detonator, and to control for that you'd have to suppress all cell phone signals. So, I dunno. Thoughts? Is this overkill?

Sandcrawler PSA: You're Screwed

Totally 100% FUUTA!

Barack Obama lied, that’s the only way what he said can be parsed. “If you like your health insurance, you can keep it, period” “If you like your doctor, you can keep them, period” Well, no you can’t, which is exactly what we have been telling you for years now. Barack Obama knowingly and with a full forethought of malice lied to YOU. Yes, he lied to YOU, not me, because I knew he was lying, most of the people in America on the right knew he was lying. Hell Joe Wilson (R) of South Carolina even shouted out “You lie! back in 2009 when Obama was lying before a internationally televised joint session of congress.

Many of you consoled yourselves with a rather disturbing fantasy, you allowed yourselves to believe that it would only be a small percentage of the population who would be negatively impacted by Obamacare, that finally the rich would be forced to pay their fair share. Man what bumbling dumbshits you imbeciles were.

Well said, well said.

It Depends on What the Meaning of the Word Less is

Watching the Obamacare rollout I'm struck by how similar it is to a Bill Clinton Tax cut. It sounds like in his speech that Bill is your best friend and you're going to be rolling in dough, then when you start playing with the pencils and filling out the forms....

As a candidate, Obama also made this promise: “I will sign a universal health-care bill into law by the end of my first term as president that will cover every American and cut the cost of a typical family’s premium by up to $2,500 a year.” Again, this is not a “right-wing talking point,” nor is it a slur cooked up by an intransigent conservative movement intent upon destroying the president at all costs. It is a verbatim pledge that the candidate made to the American people on camera over and over and over and over again — so often, in fact, that the New York Times ran an entire feature on the “audacious promise” that was submitted in “speech after speech.”

After he was elected president, Obama continued to make definite commitments. On June 15, 2009, in the midst of the legislative fight, the president told the American Medical Association’s annual meeting: “If you like your doctor, you will be able to keep your doctor. Period. If you like your health-care plan, you will be able to keep your health-care plan. Period. No one will take it away. No matter what.”

These declarations cannot merely be dismissed as heat-of-the-moment talking points rendered moot by changes made during the deliberative process. Instead, they are claims that were — and that remain — central to the public case for the law

ObamaCare seems to me at this point to be similar. Mostly toothless empty rhetoric. It doesn't rein in insurance companies for "obscene profits". The insurance industry thinks its profitable enough to invest a Billion dollars promoting it.

Its doesn't lower premiums, in fact the only folks I know who's premiums are rising a reasonable amount, which by the way still isn't less, are those who's employers are self insured and have one of those much vilified Cadillac Plans that already meet the minimum requirements for the Affordable Care Act.

The presidents union constituency who bought Cadillac Plans directly from insurance companies rather than doing self insurance are getting a good screwing too.

And those affordable minor tax penalties become progressively less affordable and minor over time.

So the bottom line, Obama is a politician, he had no more idea about what he was doing, what ObamaCare is than Nancy Pelosi did when she admitted she voted for a bill she had no idea what was in it.

But they were more than willing to stand up, smile and spin lies for votes. Its why politician is the dirtiest, most useless, lowest class of human life on the planet.

Hat Tip: Charles.

Why The World Sucks Part 3,665,423

Because not only is Jack Germond dead, there will never be another Jack Germond.

Baltimore Patch:

Jack Germond, 85, a longtime reporter and columnist, was remembered as an old-school newspaperman.

He died Wednesday at his West Virginia home.

Germond, who wrote for The Baltimore Sun, the defunct Washington Star and other publications, was seen as a journalist who could successfully mix hard-nosed reporting on politics while maintaining friendly relationships with his journalistic targets.

Newest Green Idea Ban Air Conditioning

Why he want to kill the old, the sick and the very young? And the computers too?

Air conditioning “will be the end of us” and lawmakers ought to pass legislation regulating it’s use, a prominent professor from New York University (NYU) wrote in a Time Magazine article last month.

“Today Americans use twice as much energy for air-conditioning as we did 20 years ago, and more than the rest of the world’s nations combined,” wrote Eric Klineberg, professor of sociology at NYU. “As a climate-change adaption strategy, this is as dumb as it gets.”

“I’m skeptical that American businesses and consumers will reduce their use of air-conditioning without new rules and regulations,” he added.

Klinenberg went on to propose a rule that would make it illegal for businesses to set their thermostats below 70 degrees, arguing such actions “might well be necessary if we can’t turn down the dial on our own.”

Remember the greenies last idea. They lamented the fact that there were only a few native switchgrass prairies left. So they invented Frankengrass a version of switchgrass crossed with fescue that could not only compete against ordinary grass, it takes over ruining hayfields and pastures all over the midwest.

Now its out of control, the state has to drive around spraying Paraquat and Roundup up and down the road trying to stop it. Never mind the fact that no one at all is making a cost effective biofuel from this frankengrass.

Now the sh*t is all over. Its crazy. We spent 200 years replacing switchgrass prairies with things that would produce good pasture and hay. The lefties of course think this was bad because, you know, colonialism.

0809131337a.jpg
This field used to produce two cuttings of bluegrass and fescue hay per year.
Now its just bushhogged twice per year.
If you made hay from the above and fed it to cattle you'd just spread the switchgrass to the feed area and every pasture they graze on.

Now, an in a matter of just a few years its gone up in the smoke of an Environmentalist's pipe dream. You can't cut the Frankengrass, you can't kill it, you can't poison it and you can't feed it to anything except maybe bison, give the bison a choice and he won't eat it either.

And now you notice they never mention it, wonder why?

Do us all a favor and stop trying to help!

Government Threatens to Shut Down Business Over $144 in Late Taxes (that weren't actually late)

Yesterday my wife and I got served by an agent of the state's tax fraud investigation unit. The agent went to my wife's business and accused her of not filing her taxes. He then served her with an order that if she didn't pay the taxes within five days the state would force her to close her business.

How much was she accused of owing? $144.

The government wanted to shut down a business that has four full time employees, and half a dozen part time employees over .... $144!?!?!?

But here's the thing, my wife had paid the taxes and our bookkeeper had the receipts to prove it.

The agent then confessed that they were way behind in recording receipts right now so there was no real way to know who had paid and who hadn't at this point. But it was still up to us to prove we had paid the taxes in question. We were guilty until proven innocent.

I don't blame the pencil-necked bean counter for this. He's just doing his job. He's just doing what all mindless bureaucrats do, a mere cog of the vast government machine do.

The real problem here is government itself. It is simply the nature of the beast. They need money, and you have it.

Whenever any person in government claims they need more government in order to help business, just remember that no matter how good their intentions are that it is simply not in the nature of the government to help.

Sure, my wife's business actually does directly benefit from certain government goodies she gets. But at what price? A government so large and with so few limits to its power that it can, on the whim of the misfiling of a piece of paper, presume you guilty until proven innocent, confiscate your property, and put people out of work.

We're from the government and we're here to help, remains the scariest phrase in the English language.

Update: Besides, three terrorist leaders were sploded in the rescue attempt. One of them is called bucktooth akhi aka Abu Al-Baraa:

So the fate of those still held hostages is prolly a given. The UK doesn't need to give them a reason for the prolly a given. I will hold my thoughts on bronco bama's Al Qaeda is decimated and on the run dhimmi comment until the fate of the hostages is known. Think Benghazi and how well the bronco bama administration reacted...

Ah shit, forget what I said about don't give them a reason. They (the terrorists) don't f'n need a reason to kill the remaining hostages. That's why they are called terrorists! F 'em. and I laugh at the bucktoothed akhi very timely splodin. May he rest in pieces..

Obama Kills Keystone XL

Its clear Obama hates America. He hates the little guy who is fueling his car trying to get to work. American's have done all they can. We've increased fleet efficiency more than any other country. We've scrimped, saved and conserved. And just about the time we are making a difference we get f*cked again.

This November this man has to go.

And what bugs me the most about it is that Obama is the least visible President I can remember. Yeah you hear about this or that, but you never see the man interacting daily with the press or the people. He likes to govern from behind closed doors and delegate in between teleprompter speeches and campaign fundraising.

Which shows an opening. Obama can't engage with the press and public very well outside of a campaign. A candidate that can draw press and interact on a daily basis over the long term can steal the bully pulpit right out from under Obama's nose.

I'm not sure Romney has that. But Gingrich might. The press hates him so much they'll hunt him all the way to hell and back. He could use this to engage on a daily basis for the long run. He's done it before. He's been there.

But whatever happens Obama has to go and your vote in congress has to count this time. Otherwise we'll all be sitting in the poor house with another four years of this crap. You can only hang on so long with the president jumping up and down on your fingers telling you, "Its not that far down."

Sandcrawler PSA: Its a Deal

It appears my threat to take it out of someone's ass if the government did not get its sh*t together was pretty effective.

I'm slightly disappointed that I didn't have to drive to DC and stuff.... But its pretty certain that we'll have another chance. Or probably one a week from now on.

Don't let up on em folks. We keep this up for 10 years, we can keep the good old USA on top of the heap, defeat bin-Laden's plan to run us broke like the USSR.

And remember DC, if we work our asses off for years and years to put this country fiscally on track.... and then you blow it.....again...

We're taking it out of your ass.

Bonus rant.

And if I hear any bullshit about you're worried about what it would mean if the government carried a surplus somewhere down the line. If it gets too big you can always mail us a check.

My Take on Pastor Jones Koran Burning & Aftermath

Radical [in prison] Islamist Zachary "Abu Talhah al-Amrike" Chesser: "May Allah kill Matt Stone and Trey Parker and burn them in Hell for all eternity. They insult our prophets Muhammad, Jesus, and Moses"

"Theo Van Gogh - Have Matt Stone and Trey Parker forgotten this?"

#1. Jones wanted publicity
#2. YouTube[complete with Arabic titles] & MSM provided it: Terry Jones is a homophob[A bit ironic when it comes to Islam eh?]
#3. People died
#4. Proved his point
#5 MSM asked 'why didn't Christians condone condemn[oops] this when Jones first burnt the Koran?
#5. Muslims, not the crazy Pastor Jones, killed those people. He burned a book

In essence, where is the MSM when Christians are attacked in Muslim dominated countries? Some are accused of desecrating the Koran and pay for it with their lives. The only Christian official in Pakistan was murdered because he stood up for changing blasphemy laws. The lawyer who was defending a Christian woman for blasphemy was also murdered. Where is the MSM on this? What about the Coptic Christians in Egypt? Did they burn a Koran?

What about here in the U.S. where artist's demean Christians? Again, where is the MSM on this? Piss Christ, we have it here. Jesus image covered with feces, we have it here. Some schools forbid wearing the cross in school, we have it here. I could go on and on.

The Jawa Report has beheading archives. Did those beheaded, including Americans, burn the Koran? We also have a hostage archive. Did those hostages, including Americans, burn a Koran?

Are we so afraid of offending that we lose site of our 1st Amendment rights? This is a slippery slope we don't want to go down. The UN would like nothing better to pass a resolution, with this administrations approval, that would make it a crime to offend Muslims disguised as 'religious organizations'.

I don't condone what the pastor did but I will fight for his right to do it. When that right is taken away, then what? Remember the cartoonist Molly Norris who started Everybody Draw Mohammed day in protest of limits of free speech [think South Park], she drew innocent images 'is this Mohammed' with a cup, spool of thread, etc. Yemini al-Qaeda cleric Anwar al-Awlaki issued a fatwa against her. Where is she now? She is in hiding is where..

Does winning the hearts of minds of Muslims in the ME mean we have to give up our 1st Amendment rights? Does winning the hearts and minds of Muslims mean our female soldiers have to wear the hijab instead of their helmets? How safe would they have been if they had been confronted with angry Muslims over the burning of the Koran?

Sadly, the protesters in Afghanistan and Pakistan feel safe in their protests against us and other western countries because they know we are not going to kill them for protesting. Radicals took over in the UN incident and lives were lost including two of the protesters. Until mass protests against the Taliban, al-Qaeda and other terrorist groups start we are in a limbo. Until...

Brigitte Gabriel says it best, Because They Hate

It doesn't matter what we do..it will never be enough until other Muslims stand up against radical Muslims who wish to harm them and us.

Lots more to say but end of rant

That is all.

The Wisconsin Protests, Budgets, Debt and The End of the World

Personally I was frustrated last week that the Wisconsin protests were such a big issue.

I really don't see the big problem. What Scott Walker is facing is an empty pocket book. And he's facing it way before it gets to be a gargantuan problem. Unlike some of the neighboring states around him. But then you get folks who just can't understand "out of money". The union protesters mainly.

What is wrong with the Unions is the same thing that screws everything up. Politics. The leadership does not give a rat's behind about the long term future of their members. They'll tell them anything to get re-elected and get the perks. They will kill the goose that laid the golden egg just like the Auto Unions did.

I've seen this from both sides. From a Union who had to learn to compete with damned good non-Union contractors to survive. And they did. To an HR rep telling folks in a small town, who already out earned everyone else there, yeah you can have that for three years but we'll have to close afterward. What did they vote for? Three years. They could have made A LOT MORE MONEY over time had they voted for the long term health of the Goose.

But what do you do when you lay it all out there and the union leadership says, Oh they are FOS?

I've always been for the simple solution of divide your income by your budget and then cut ALL SPENDING to match your income. Of course you can't skip out on the interest on your debt. But the solution is to pay it off.

Then folks will say, OMG you will create a depression, A deflationary spiral that will end the world as we know it!. Yeah but afterward the new start will be real. Growth for the sake of growth is worth exactly Jack Squat if its all leveraged to China. If your mortgage is greater than the value of your home, you may have a fancy home but it belongs to the bank and guess what you're the bank's beotch.

Anyway it seems to me very important international stories are being overshadowed by spoiled teachers, American Idol Wannabes and government employees who can't figure out what, "I'm out of money", means. They will have to learn. And yeah its going to hurt, hurt a lot. But in the end we have everything to gain. We can buy back our independence that we were once so proud of before we used it as collateral to mortgage our kids' future.

It is a crying shame that something so simple and obvious sucks up so much of our political energy and time.

If GHWB, Slick Willie and Newt fixed this once, WTF is wrong with our current crop of politicians?

Current Mood: Hoarding Ammo

Call me an alarmist. That's cool. You might be right. But with Hizbollah taking over in Lebanon, Hamas in Gaza, and the possibility that the Muslim Brotherhood takes over in Egypt lots of old Sunday school lessons on pre vs. post-tribulational premillenialism comes to mind.

I've always been inclined toward the latter over the former. Mostly because I'm a pessimist by nature. Since none of the arguments seem very good, and with a track record of nearly 0/100 going all the way back to Paul himself, I might as well arbitrarily pick the one suited to my nature: pessimism. Plus, all you pre-tribulational rapture folks aren't driven to do cool things, like buy lots of guns and ammo. Worst case scenario is that I'm wrong, but the kind of wrong where you get to spend an odd weekend or two a month shooting at things. I call it awesome wrong.

But what does this have to do with Egypt? I dunno, only everything. As the days go on and this thing drags out I keep getting more pessimistic about both Egypt and the future of Israel vis-a-vis its neighbors. Visions of apocalyptic confrontations dance in my head. I don't think this is going to end well.

The problem with the talking heads on the Egyptian revolution is that they are mostly upper and middle class people. It is liberals in Egypt and those who fled Egypt who keep assuring us that Egypt is a moderate country and that there is no way the Muslim Brotherhood will take over once Mubarak falls. Okay, maybe.

But if Egypt is so full of moderates, then why do 82% of Egyptians believe that those caught in adultery should be stoned to death? Worse, 84% of Egyptians believe that any one leaving Islam should be killed.

Egyptians living in the West are unrepresentative of the vast majority of Egpytians. And the voices we hear out of Egypt are probably also unrepresentative. Young highly educated Egyptians are those we are most likely to hear. The kind of people who are more likely to have views on human rights and democracy more similar to our own. Of course they believe every one in Egypt has the same views as they do. It's just part of the human condition to think every one thinks like us. They don't.

The truth of the matter is, though, that I kind of don't care one way or another. At least, part of me doesn't care. I'm interested, but I don't care which side wins this one. Kind of like I'll be interested in the Superbowl, but not because I care who wins.

And if I'm being honest here then one of the problems I have with post WWII foreign policy is that the international community rarely lets a war finish. That is, we are so interested in peace at all costs that the underlying conflict is never resolved. Which is why another Israel - Egypt war might be kind of nice if it reminds the Muslim world that they are destined to lose another war. Only this time, I'd like to see Israel take not only the Sinai but the Suez as well.

Yeah I know, with Obama in the White House it's wishful thinking. Hell, with Bush in the White House it was wishful thinking. But I can dream can't I?

So, good luck to the protesters. Maybe they'll get what they want and everything will work out just fine. But I kind of have my suspicions that it won't.

Update: I wrote this before I read Barry Rubin's piece today at JPost. Feel the pessimism.

Daily Kos: My CongressWOMAN voted against Nancy Pelosi! And is now DEAD to me!

First off, I would like to extend my sympathies to the families who have lost loved ones. Those effected by this terrible senseless tragedy are in my thoughts and prayers.

Now, I don't like blog propaganda but this is ridiculous and I need to have my say

Daily Kos was busy yesterday deleting anything negative about Congresswoman Giffords. Dirty laundry aired doesn't fit blame the Tuscon shooter on FOX/GlenBeck/RushLimbaugh/Tea Party/Palin/Guns/Right Wing etc. narrative

Read this paragraph and weep Markos![Google cache is a bitch eh Markos?]

[.....]Fast forward to this election season. A weirdo asshole named Jesse Kelly who advocated ELIMINATING Social Security and was a tea bagger favorite got the GOP nom to run against her. I am gay and had been married and my spouse left me January 15, 2010. I shot myself in the mouth in a serious suicide attempt, because of that. Barely surviving, I spent two months in the hospital and still have some paralysis. I did receive a severance from my employer, as i had been laid off in December, 2009. That may have been part of the reason my spouse left me.

Anyway, after months of physical and mental rehab, I got back into the political scene and started working for Gabby once again. I raised over $100,000 for her and maxed her out myself out of my severance, even though i still don't have work and could not qualify for state aid because of my severance.

She wins her re-election and told me she was still a supporter of Speaker Pelosi at her victory party. We talked about how Nancy Pelosi was a successful woman and accomplished oh so much in just four years as Speaker.

Today, just a little while ago, I saw on Andrea Mitchell Reports (out of the one eye in can still see out of) that Giffords voted AGAINST Nancy Pelosi as our Minority Leader. Rhetorical question: I fought back from my condition and jumped in with both feet to help Gabrielle Giffords for THIS shit???

Congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords is dead to me now. I won't lift a finger, make one phone call, nor will i EVER vote for her in the future. And why did she do this? Giffords never told me she was conservative Democrat. And her voting record is okay. Damn.

Yes, I have screenshots of entire page screw them Markos.
kos_screw_them_shirt.jpg

Fast forward "to today".

How Fox News Made Giffords and All Dems Targets
by CatM
Sun Jan 09, 2011 at 09:06:40 AM PST

On CNN yesterday, Wolf Blitzer and his guests repeatedly pointed out that although Palin had made the crosshairs ad that targeted Giffords, there was no evidence that the shooter had seen the ad or even liked Sarah Palin. The unspoken suggestion was that it was therefore unfair to link Sarah Palin to this tragic event--it's just the act of a crazy person, they said.

One could make that argument if one looks at the small picture, but I think we need to look at the larger picture. It is worth noting that no congressperson has been shot in 30 years, yet there have been plenty of crazy people in the past 30 years. So why now?

Fake Tuscon shooter FB page. Today someone changed Palin's image to the shooters image.

Hell, they made the page before the correct spelling of his last name was given. In a hurry to lay blame.

Next, Chuckie:

Someone challenged the mighty lizardo:

Chuckie responds:

Lots.more.out.there.but.I.End.my.rant. out of respect for the victims...

Update: Just noticed Good Lt has a post about Markos also. Oh well....

Illegal Immigrant Arrested In Phoenix’s First Cartel-Style Beheading

Channeling Obi One & DOJ, WTF do you have to say about this? Oh, that's right, you are too busy with the lawsuit against Arizona, mainly Jan Brewer.

Pffftttttt

Via Pat Dollard

This Phoenix beheading was a violation of the enemy’s ROE, both down there, and up here. You don’t behead for personal beefs. Cartel guy, under cover in some fashion as a day laborer, got drunk and in a beef with another day laborer. Day laborer got beheaded. Dude’s in as much trouble with the cartel as with the law here. He violated the ROE, and brought heat down.

Aid Organizations Ask United States to Remove its Logo From Food Aid

BBC:

A group of 11 prominent charities is preparing a letter calling on the US to remove logos on American-funded assistance in Pakistan.

The letter, signed by charities including Save the Children, Oxfam, and World Vision says that such "branding" of aid jeopardises their neutrality.

They say that this is especially dangerous in a country with numerous anti-American militants.

The letter will be delivered later this week in Washington, officials say.

'Highly sensitive'
It says that there are "strong indicators" that branding will attract violent attacks for both economic and ideologically-motivated reasons".

The letter will be sent to the US government aid agency, USAID, by the InterAction group, a coalition of more than 160 humanitarian organisations working around the world.

International charities have for several years refrained from using their own logos in Pakistan because of the security risk.

However the US government, through USAID, requires non-governmental organisations that receive funding to "brand" aid with the agency's handshake logo and the words "from the American people" in local languages.

Here's an idea. If the f*cking Pakis don't like the f*cking free American food, how about we let the stupid dumbshit God damned m*otherf*ckers f*cking starve to death and see how they like that.

Let em go beg from the godless communists.

Spit!

Hat Tip: Her Oyal.

Update: Fatwa issued against Storm Saxon's Gall Bladder for these ideas.

Storm Saxon's Gall Bladder

We could cover the insensitive labels with bumper stickers of polite lies:

"Aid Package Courtesy of King Charlemange of Gaul"
"Secret Zionist Overlord Foodstuffs with Mind Control Vitamins"
"A gift to the people of Haiti [REJECTED - send to pakistan]"
"Soylent Green"
"Free Crusader Toy in Every Box!"
"Happy Bhudda Rice"
"This box was packed by naked women who could read."

Make The Lie Big, Make It Simple, Keep Saying It And Eventually They Will Believe it ~Adolph Hitler~

Worst Human Rights Offenders Condemn the West

"Make the lie big, make it simple, keep saying it, and eventually they will believe it." -- Adolf Hitler.

In what can only be described as Orwellian double-speak, the Organization of the Islamic Conference told the United Nations Human Rights Council -- made up of many of the world's worst human rights violators -- that Muslims in western democracies face unbearable racism and discrimination, and demanded that the UN do something about it.

"People of Arab origin face new forms of racism, racial discrimination, xenophobia and related forms of intolerance and experience discrimination and marginalization," an Egyptian delegate said on Wednesday.

Pakistan, speaking for the 57-nation OIC, tabled a resolution instructing the council's special investigator into religious freedom to look into such racism, "especially in western societies" to "work closely with mass media organizations to ensure that they create and promote an atmosphere of respect and tolerance for religious and cultural diversity."

Mahfooz Kanwar, a professor emeritus at Mount Royal University and author, said these resolutions -- which are expected to pass owing to the over-abundance of "Islamist and other dictatorial states" that sit on the oxymoronically named UN Human Rights Council -- would be funny for their sheer audacity and hypocrisy if they were not so potentially harmful and disturbing.

Promote an atmosphere of respect and tolerance for religious and cultural diversity as long as it is for Islam and only Islam.

Forget about the stonings, they don't matter. Forget the hangings of gays/lesbians & others, they don't matter. Forget about acid thrown in the face of women/girls, they don't matter. Forget about the suicide bombings of innocents, they don't matter. Forget about the beheadings, they don't matter. Forget about child brides, they don't matter. Forget about female genital mutilation, they don't matter. Forget about the killings of fellow Muslims, they don't matter. Forget about flying planes into buildings, they don't matter. Forget about blowing up buses, they don't matter. Forget about blowing up transits, they don't matter. Forget about discrimination of other religions, they don't matter. Forget about raping & torturing maids, they don't matter. Forget about treating women like sh*t, they don't matter. Forget, forget, forget...

I know, I have left a lot of forget about it out, I could go on and on and on...

It is the obligations of Muslims to follow the Qur'an and most of the forget about it, they don't matter are all part of Qur'anic, Hadiths(of the pedophile non-prophet Mohammed) teachings.

United Nations & the Human Rights Council is corrupt and allows sh*t like this to happen. They ignore true human rights abuses and condemn those who are not abusing Muslims. Feck them, feck Islam. You want to be respected? Respect others and do away with the forget about it shit. Drop the kaffir name, learn that all are created equal, besides we don't want your damn Islamic (Sharia) law. Who in hell wants to go back to the dark ages?

/End of rant.

A Little Something For Women Thinking About Converting To Islam

I'm looking at you Linda Richard aka Taliba al-Quran.

Sent by my new best friends on Facebook. Like a weekly teaching or something.

Question: Why are there more women in hell than men?

Answer: (mostly below the fold but some of the highlights as follows)

“Because of their ingratitude (kufr).” It was said, “Are they ungrateful to Allaah?” He said, “They are ungrateful to their companions (husbands) and ungrateful for good treatment. If you are kind to one of them for a lifetime then she sees one (undesirable) thing in you, she will say, ‘I have never had anything good from you.’”

You curse frequently and are ungrateful to your husbands. I have not seen anyone more deficient in intelligence and religious commitment than you. ‘Is not the testimony of two women equal to the testimony of one man?’ They said, ‘Yes.’ He said, ‘This is the deficiency in her intelligence. Is it not true that a woman can neither pray nor fast during her menses?’ The women said, ‘Yes.’ He said, ‘This is the deficiency in her religious commitment.’”

‘Because you complain too much and are ungrateful to your husbands.’

Well they might have something with that last one. Not hell but maybe the almighty Allah could have whipped up an evolutionary muffler system to minimize the volume and/or frequency.

Question: Why are there more women in hell than men?

Answer: Praise be to Allaah.

It was narrated from the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) that women will form the majority of the people of Hell. It was narrated from ‘Imraan ibn Husayn that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “I looked into Paradise and I saw that the majority of its people were the poor. And I looked into Hell and I saw that the majority of its people are women.”

(Narrated by al-Bukhaari, 3241; Muslim, 2737)

With regard to the reason for that, the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) was asked about it and he explained the reason.

It was narrated that ‘Abd-Allaah ibn ‘Abbaas said: The Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “I was shown Hell and I have never seen anything more terrifying than it. And I saw that the majority of its people are women.” They said, “Why, O Messenger of Allaah?” He said, “Because of their ingratitude (kufr).” It was said, “Are they ungrateful to Allaah?” He said, “They are ungrateful to their companions (husbands) and ungrateful for good treatment. If you are kind to one of them for a lifetime then she sees one (undesirable) thing in you, she will say, ‘I have never had anything good from you.’” (Narrated by al-Bukhaari, 1052)

It was narrated that Abu Sa’eed al-Khudri said:

“The Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) went out to the Musalla on the day of Eid al-Adha or Eid al-Fitr. He passed by the women and said, ‘O women! Give charity, for I have seen that you form the majority of the people of Hell.’ They asked, ‘Why is that, O Messenger of Allaah?’ He replied, ‘You curse frequently and are ungrateful to your husbands. I have not seen anyone more deficient in intelligence and religious commitment than you. A cautious sensible man could be led astray by some of you.’ The women asked, ‘O Messenger of Allaah, what is deficient in our intelligence and religious commitment?’ He said, ‘Is not the testimony of two women equal to the testimony of one man?’ They said, ‘Yes.’ He said, ‘This is the deficiency in her intelligence. Is it not true that a woman can neither pray nor fast during her menses?’ The women said, ‘Yes.’ He said, ‘This is the deficiency in her religious commitment.’”

(Narrated by al-Bukhaari, 304)

It was narrated that Jaabir ibn ‘Abd-Allaah said: “I attended Eid prayers with the Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him). He started with the prayer before the khutbah, with no adhaan or iqaamah. Then he stood up, leaning on Bilaal, speaking of fear of Allaah (taqwa) and urging us to obey Him. He preached to the people and reminded them. Then he went over to the women and preached to them and reminded them. Then he said, ‘Give in charity, for you are the majority of the fuel of Hell. A woman with dark cheeks stood up in the midst of the women and said, ‘Why is that, O Messenger of Allaah?’ He said, ‘Because you complain too much and are ungrateful to your husbands.’ Then they started to give their jewellery in charity, throwing their earrings and rings into Bilaal’s cloak.”

(Narrated by Muslim, 885)

Our believing sisters who learn of this hadeeth should behave like those Sahaabiyaat who, when they learned of this, did good deeds which would be the means, by Allaah’s leave, of keeping them far away from being included in that majority of the inhabitants of Hell.

So our advice to the sisters is to strive to adhere to the rituals and obligatory duties of Islam, especially prayer, and to keep away from that which Allaah has forbidden, especially shirk in its many forms which are widespread among women, such as seeking one's needs from someone other than Allaah, going to practitioners of witchcraft and fortune-tellers, etc.

We ask Allaah to keep us and all our brothers and sisters far away from the Fire and the words and deeds that bring one close to it.

WASHINGTON — The U.S. military said Tuesday it can't find its copy of a video that shows two employees of the Reuters news agency being killed by Army helicopters in 2007, after a leaked version circulated the Internet and renewed questions about the attack.

Capt. Jack Henzlik, a spokesman for U.S. Central Command, said that forces in Iraq have not been able to locate the video within its files.

I'm so glad lent is over.... ofalltheblessedeffinggoddamnedmuthafookin files to lose!!!!!! You lose this one?

Geek Shortage?

Or is it really just geek fatigue? I mean eventually coding just gets monotonous.

Some days I think if I see one more "else if" while spending thousands of dollars to find some jerks nickle....

I got your nickle right here buddy.

But the premise is correct. Pre loaded high level language (not C dammit) and documentation is not something you find on most PC.s these days.

My recommendation. Buy your kid a linux machine. Maybe he'll geek out on it.

That is if he doesn't spend the rest of his life playing Maelstrom. Lets see. Learn Pearl? Play Maelstrom? Learn Pearl? Play Maelstrom?

Er uh Maelstrom.

In Support of Obama's TSA Nominee

Daveed Gartenstein-Ross takes Red State's Erik Erickson to task over his opposition of Obama's nominee to head up TSA, Erroll Southers.

As I've reiterated over and over: there is such a creature as a right-wing terrorist. One need look no farther than the KKK to see that. To deny this is to deny reality. An attack on right-wing extremism is not an attack on the Tea Party movement, conservatism, or any other non-violent and mainstream resistance to the centralization of power in the federal government.

Thanks to Steve.

I Think I Have an Idea What May Be Wrong Here (updated and bumped Welcome Media Matters Readers)

After reading this Bloomberg story about Gitmo inmates being released and returning to the battlefield to fight or even blow themselves up on Baby Jesus's birthday, I think I may have have determined that we've overlooked a crucial and economic solution to the problem.

7.92mm.jpg

Most if not all of these men were captured "out of official uniform". Under the Geneva Convention that makes them all spies and they may be be er uh, shot.

The site above prices 7.62 mm rounds at 5.99 per 20 rounds.

All 198 remaining detainees can be effectively dealt with for 59.99 + shipping and handling. (less if you're willing to use a smaller round)

That is all.

Update: Welcome Media Matters readers! Thanks for the traffic, we loves ya!.

But while we're here, apparently the good folks over at Media Matters satire detector is broken. They also failed to notice I filed this under rants.

You know rants? Where like you read a story on the internet and you find it frustrating, so you rant about it a bit? Like ON A BLOG?

Would it be nice if life were that simple? Yeah probably?

Is it? No.

Do I think there was a day in WWII under Dems where a lot of these guys would have been interrogated on the battlefield and shot, Yes.

Do I think any of the above will actually happen? No.

But thanks for all the love and attention.

Don't you have anything better to do, like maybe go bitch about the Taliban actually sawing off the heads of their Muslim bros? Is that acceptable under Geneva? I'm not sure cause I've never heard you folks mention it?

Who's side are ya'll on anyway?

Update II: And while I'm ranting and have it on my mind. George Soros can S.M.C.!

Go decode that bitches.

Despite the fact that the Taliban and al-Qaeda have never signed the Conventions nor are they partisans of any state that has. I'll take just a minute to help them out in so far as irregular forces. Even then the Taliban lack even the qualifications of a partisan who can be shot or hanged.

A History of the Rush Racist Quote Lie

Howie updated with a link earlier, but this deserves its own post. Here is a history of the fake James Earl Ray praise quote being attributed to Rush. This was debunked back in ... 2005!

And the link above? From last June. This has been around for awhile and it shows that people are willing to believe lies when those lies mesh with their worldview.

Like, conservatives are all secret racists.

So, a racist quote attributed to Rush Limbaugh goes unchecked because, hey, we all know Rush is really a racist, right?

Pay close attention to how the date on the quote changes over time to make it seem more legit.

Give it a few more years and we'll find the original. Dating back to the late 60's. Typed on an IBM Selectric II.

Dear Toadboy Part II

Republicans get their health care by working for it.......

Ah yes, the National Public Radio system — a public option to commercial radio that gives us such droll wits as Garrison Keillor, who we mouth-breathers are too pathetically sad to understand.

“Thirty-two percent of the population identifies with the GOP, and if we cut off health care to them, we could probably pay off the deficit in short order,” Keillor wrote.

Can't cut me off the gubbamint dole Toadboy cause I ain't on it.

Come to think of it does Toadboy not work for teh gubbamint. Maybe we should cut funding to Prairie Home Companion and spend that on "health care", say maybe sewing your mouth shut.

We could cut wasteful health care spending by doing it with no Lidocaine.

Sandcrawler PSA: Don't Talk Shit to the Police

After reading this article by Phantom Negro at Salon

It made Gates forget that, no matter what, even when you’re right, you don’t talk shit to the police.
I was thinking what does color have to do with it?

The author frames is as if black people should not talk shit to the popo.

But in my experience, it doesn't matter WTF color you are the rule still stands,

DON'T EVER TALK SHIT TO THE POLICE

That's damn good advice for anyone who is white, black, orange, purple, whatever. If there's shit to be said to an officer, let your lawyer do it.

But go ahead and try if you want to learn who is really in charge of the situation.

The short answer is Skip Gates acted like an asshole. He was uncooperative, he was talking shit. He was wasting the officer's time.

Just a little humility and a few "yes sir"s and it would have been a non issue.

And yes I always call the officer sir and/or ma'am and I'm a redneck. Try it, you might be surprised how much easier that makes the process.

To be fair, I've done it before. With the predicted result. So I learned this the hard way and so did Skip Gates.

Maybe Skip will be a little wiser next time?

Obama sides with Chavez and Castro

chavezObama.jpgObama has condemned the coup in Honduras as illegal, echoing Hugo Chavez and Castro. However, the military in Honduras acted within the law by ousting the socialist president.

The ousted President of Honduras, Manuel Zelaya, tried to extend his rule by illegally calling a referendum with ballots shipped from Chavez's Venezuela. Only the Honduras congress may call a referendum and the supreme court of Honduras ordered the military to arrest Zelaya.

Not only did President Obama condemn the action of the Honduras military, who were acting on orders of the supreme court, he tried to meddle in Honduras to try to prevent the arrest of Zelaya. It seems when it comes to meddling in the internal affairs of other countries, Obama is against freedom, liberty and democracy (see Iran).

If you didn't know what kind of a President Obama would be, now it should be crystal clear. Obama will be like the Hugo Chavez's of the world. To see what the USA USSA (Union of Socialists States of America) will look like in 4 to 8 years look no further then Venezuela.

Obi-One Not in Kansas Anymore

via Politico:

Angered by White House decisions on everything from greenhouse gases to car dealerships, congressional Democrats from rural districts are threatening to revolt against parts of President Barack Obama’s ambitious first-year agenda.

“They don’t get rural America,” said Rep. Dennis Cardoza, a Democrat who represents California’s agriculture-rich Central Valley. “They form their views of the world in large cities.”

But what really upset me is this comment by one of the Obamamessiah's er uh whatever you would like call this idiot.
Frank O’Donnell, executive director of the environmental group Clean Air Watch. “The farm states are among those that the Democrats desperately want to keep in the fold at the same time the farm states historically aren’t very good on environmental issues.”
Listen here city slicker, its the effing cities that belch that effing brown haze. That require tons and tons of CO2 each and every effing day.

Rural areas are the environment and we take pretty damn good care of if too while feeding your sorry ass. We don't even need to emit enough gasses overall to make much difference. Because a. there ain't enough of us. b. We're conservative that means we're frugal. While you are idling in traffic, we are actually getting miles and/or work done with our fuel.

Its all our green sucking up your sulpher dioxide and smog. So do us a favor, GTFO of our pocketbook and stop blaming us for the problems your urban environment cause. In fact we should get like a bazillion dollars worth of free carbon credits for doing it.

SPIT!
