Muhammad al-Dura, the Palestinian child who appeared to have been shockingly killed at his father's feet in Gaza on September 30, 2000 — an iconic image that helped fuel the Second Intifada — was not harmed by Israeli forces and did not die in the exchange of fire, according to an Israeli government report released Sunday, three days before a French court rules on a related matter. The 55 seconds of edited footage, filmed two days after Ariel Sharon's visit to the Temple Mount in Jerusalem, contributed to the October 2000 protest in which 13 Arab citizens of Israel were killed and quickly became the defining image of that Palestinian uprising against Israel.

The picture of Dura, apparently dead across his father's knees, was shown for days on Arab and international TV stations and was cited as inspiration by both Osama bin Laden and the killers of Wall Street Journal reporter Daniel Pearl.

This news really doesn't come as a surprise to me. Anyone with an ounce of sense would have noticed inconsistencies with France 2's version.

As an aside, let's not forget about a Los Angeles newspaper, the LA Times, refusal to release the tape of the Obama's honoring Rashid Khalidi, a Pali terrorist. Andrew Breitbart offered a award in 2012 of $1000,000 for the tape.. It has not been released.

In a ceremony celebrating its 150th anniversary, the International Red Cross together with the Palestinian Red Crescent planted 150 trees bearing the names of "veteran prisoners." The Palestinian Authority uses the term "veteran prisoners" to refer to those who have been in jail the longest, and in most cases are serving life sentences for murder or multiple murders. Giorgio Ferrario, representative of the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies, participated in this ceremony honoring terrorists, which was named "My Honor is My Freedom."

Palestinian Media Watch recently reported that Issa Abd Rabbo, who shot and murdered two university students hiking near Jerusalem, was referred to as a "veteran prisoner." Abd Rabbo was recently honored by PA Chairman Mahmoud Abbas. (See below - names of more murderers serving life sentences referred to by the PA as "veteran prisoners.")

A Washington D.C.-based journalism museum announced just moments before the start of a memorial service for slain reporters that it would not honor two Hamas terrorists as originally scheduled.

The Newseum made the announcement just minutes before the induction of several new reporters into its Journalist Memorial, which honors members of the media who have been killed in the line of duty.

“Serious questions have been raised as to whether two of the individuals included on our initial list of journalists who died covering the news this past year were truly journalists or whether they were engaged in terrorist activities,” the museum said in a statement posted to its website.

PA Prez Abbas' Fatah party enjoys glorifying murder of Jews just like Hamas does. Just think, our hard earned tax $$$ goes to him.

This morning, an Israeli father of five Evyatar Borovsky was stabbed to death by a Palestinian terrorist at the Tapuach Junction, north east of the Israeli city Ariel and south of the Palestinian city Nablus in the West Bank.

Fatah's Facebook page is celebrating the murder and glorifying the murderer. Pictures of the terrorist and the victim were posted by Fatah's Facebook administrator and the text calls the murderer: "The hero, the released prisoner, Salam Al-Zaghal."

Palestinian Media Watch recently exposed the PA TV broadcast of a girl reciting a poem that referred to Jews as "enemies of Allah, descendants of pigs." Three members of the US Congress, Doug Lamborn, Eliot L. Engel, and Trent Franks responded by writing a public letter to PA Chairman Mahmoud Abbas. The letter opened with the following words:

“We are writing to express our grave dismay and deep concern over the recent broadcast of a children’s program on Palestinian Television which included rabid incitement against the State of Israel and the Jewish people.” (The letter follows in full below.)

PMW also notes that Facebook last week returned the post to PMW's Facebook page that exposed this same PA TV video that the Congressmen criticized. Facebook had removed it, writing to PMW that it violated Facebook’s guidelines, which stipulate that "you will not post content that is hate speech." After it was clarified to Facebook that PMW exposed the PA’s hate speech and was not promoting it, Facebook put the original post back on PMW's page. YouTube also removed the video as “hate speech” and likewise returned it the next day. PMW thanks all our readers who contacted YouTube and Facebook protesting the removals.

Palestinian jailed for Facebook like

[T]he Jerusalem Post reports that a Palestinian man who clicked "Like" on a Facebook status criticising a Palestinian Authority (PA) official has been sentenced to six months in prison.

Anas Ismail, 29, of Salfit, near Nablus, was found guilty of "libel and slander."

Ismail is the second Palestinian to be imprisoned for Facebook activities in the past few days.

He was sentenced to prison on the same day another PA court in Bethlehem sentenced a Palestinian journalist to one year in prison for sharing a photo on Facebook that compared PA President Mahmoud Abbas to a villain and spy of French colonial authorities in a Syrian drama

Flotilla 3.0: International 'activists' work with Hamas affiliates to sail OUT of Gaza

[A] new propaganda initiative designed to test the resolve of the Israeli blockade on Hamas in Gaza is seeking to highlight how trade from Gaza has been affected by Israel.

The focus of the 'Gaza Ark' is the fact that while goods do indeed enter the Hamas-run, Palestinian enclave, goods are said to rarely ever leave. The premise of the trip is that Gaza wants to trade with the world, rather than receive aid. Critics have called the trip "intentionally misleading", pointing to the fact that on a weekly basis, dozens of trucks export products from Gaza.

These facts haven't stopped the 'Gaza Ark' committee, however, a group which is supported by the hard-Left Noam Chomsky and disgraced Baroness Jenny Tonge. The organization's "Who We Are" section also lists the public relations head of the Hamas-run Gaza Chamber of Commerce, Maher Al-Tabaa, and 'one-state solution' advocates such as Haidar Eid, who also works at the Al-Aqsa University, an institution that Hamas boasted about 'taking over' in 2009[...]

In 2011, evidence was uncovered linking Hamas to the flotilla campaigns.

The Obama administration justified releasing more than $192 million in financial aid to the Palestinian Authority with false information, according to an Israeli expert who monitors the Palestinian media’s constant promotion of violent, hateful rhetoric.

The administration quietly reinstated the P.A.’s aid last month after it was frozen by Congress in the wake of Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas’s attempt to declare statehood before the United Nations. The administration also secretly attempted to restore funding to a U.N. cultural agency that unilaterally—and illegally—recognized the “State of Palestine.”[...]

“The Palestinians will never stop if the U.S. keeps doing this,” he said. “If we want peace this has to stop. The policy should be based on correct information.”

Referring to Vietor’s official explanation of why the P.A. should be given millions of taxpayer dollars, Marcus said, “That first statement from the White House is a total mistake,” and noted, “all of these examples happened in the last few months, some of it in the same week that the White House made that statement.”

When the White House signs off on P.A. aid without condemning such rhetoric, “they’re telling the P.A. that you can continue glorifying violence and teaching your kids to continue making maps that don’t show Israel. They’re giving them a clean bill of health, and that’s the danger here.”

Al-Aqsa Martyrs' Brigades claimed responsibility and wanted to kill innocent Israelis because a Pali died in a Israel prison:

A Grad rocket fired from Gaza Tuesday morning landed on the outskirts of Ashkelon. No injuries were reported[...]

A security source said that an initial examination of the rocket's remnants showed that it was an 8" projectile with an improved mid-to-long range.

At the end of the video, you'll see a link to the next part in the series. The first part discusses how Palestinian "refugees" are treated in Iraq. The following two segments deal with Syria and Lebanon.

The real problem here is calling these people "refugees" at all. Most of these people didn't flee their homeland, their grandparents and great-grandparents did.

The potato famine happened in the 1840s, when nearly a third of Ireland's population fled to the United States. Imagine if instead of granting them citizenship the US had labeled them "refugees" who had to live in specific areas called "refugee camps". Now imagine if this continued until the early 1900's and the children and grand-children and even great-grandchildren of these refugees were still denied citizenship. That's exactly what's going on in the Arab world.

The two constants in the Arab world are said to be that they hate the Jews, but have nothing but contempt for the Palestinians. These videos seem to make the case that the old saying is true.

Those who thought that Hamas would ever establish a modern and liberal regime in the Gaza Strip received another reminder this week of how the radical Islamist movement is pursuing its effort to create a Taliban-style entity in the territory that has been under its control since 2007.

The reminder came in the form of a decision taken by the Al-Aqsa University administration in the Gaza Strip to force female students to dress in accordance with Islamic teachings.

This means that all female students would be required to wear the hijab or niqab which cover their heads and faces.

This latest measure is part of a Hamas campaign aimed at "inculcating [Islamic] values and virtues" in the Gaza Strip, Hamas officials explained.

As part of this campaign, Hamas last week imposed a ban on low-waist trousers, Western-style haircuts and tight gowns.[...]

On International Holocaust Day, Palestinian Media Watch documents that messages of Antisemitism and hatred of Jews continue to be transmitted by official Palestinian Authority TV.

Earlier this month, on Fatah's 48th anniversary, PA TV broadcast a new film about the history of the Fatah movement: "Fatah: Revolution until Victory." The filmmakers chose to open the film by expressing classic Antisemitic demonization of Jews, stating that Europe "suffered a tragedy by providing refuge for the Jews." Having Jews living among them placed a great burden on Europeans:

Are we ever gonna stop sending our hard earned monies to this PA bast**d?

Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas paid tribute to World War II era Hitler-supporting Mufti Haj Amin al-Husseini as well as several known terror leaders responsible for the deaths of Israelis at a rally in Gaza City Friday that marked the 48th anniversary of the political party Fatah.

During the televised speech, made to a crowd of hundreds of thousands, Abbas made mention of, among others, Abdel Aziz Rantisi, Sheik Ahmed Yassin–both former leaders of Hamas assassinated by Israel for their role in terrorizing the Jewish state-and Marwan Bargouti, who is currently serving time in an Israeli prison for his role in the deaths of five Israelis.

This was Fatah’s first such rally in the territory since a 2007 coup by Hamas ousted the party from power.[More..]

And the Israel in Dublin's Embassy Facebook page noted if Jesus and Mary were alive today they would be killed by hostile Palestinians

Ooopsy, whom ever posted the 'Christmas message' is in deep do do.

The message, which was published beside an image of the two biblical figures [Jesus & Mary..ed] on the embassy's Facebook page, appeared to justify Israel's military occupation of the West Bank, which Palestinians claim as part of a future state.[author, leave your unfounded comments to yourself...ed]

It read: "A thought for Christmas ... If Jesus and mother Mary were alive today, they would, as Jews without security, probably end up being lynched in Bethlehem by hostile Palestinians. Just a thought ..."

It was later removed after it provoked a storm of online criticism.

The UN is now hosting in the public entrance hall of its New York headquarters a Palestinian exhibit which includes pieces that artfully depict all of Israel as Palestine. The display goes hand-in-hand with the logo featured at the top of the cover page of the speech that Palestinian leader Mahmoud Abbas’ delivered to the General Assembly on November 29, 2012. That emblem continues to promote a one state solution, Palestine without Israel.

On November 29th the General Assembly granted “Palestine” the status of “non-member observer state” under the pretense that the move brought the world closer to a two-state solution. A Shin Bet (Israel Security Agency) officer eliminated the perp

There are initial reports of a terrorist attack earlier today in Samaria. A Palestinian resident of one of the villages near Tul Karem deliberately crashed his car into an operational security vehicle. The suspect then began attacking the occupants of the vehicle with an ax. ISA (Israel Security Agency) personnel shot and killed the suspect. Five security personnel were injured in the incident and security forces are continuing to investigate of the surrounding area.

The ISA operations took place in the area of Deir Sharaf (between the towns of Shave Shomron and Einav). The Palestinian car swerved off course and collided head-on with security forces travelling in a military jeep. As a result, the military jeep flipped over with all travelling inside sustaining minor injuries.

Soon after, the Palestinian driver left his vehicle and approached the jeep shouting "God is great." He proceeded to attack those inside the vehicle wounding two. One of the ISA members drew his weapon, shot, and killed the suspect[...]
