Jesse Morton, a convert to Islam also known as Younus Abdullah Mohammad, plans to appear in federal court in Alexandria, Va., on Thursday, his lawyer told Politico. He will plead guilty to conspiracy, communicating threats, and internet stalking, Politico reported. Each felony carries a sentence of up to five years in prison.

They had dedicated their careers to helping others escape poverty, she as a physician assistant in a city-run clinic in the Tenderloin and he as a clinical psychologist for inmates in the San Francisco County Jail system.

But now, less than a decade after they adopted, their 15-year-old son stands accused of strangling both Poff, 50, and Kamin, 55, then hiding their bodies in the back of the family's PT Cruiser. [...]

Co-workers said Poff and Kamin were having some arguments with their son, some of it having to do with him spending too much time in the Occupy Oakland encampment, but nothing that sounded beyond the scope of typical teenage rebelliousness.

New York churches offered shelter to #Occupy protesters, who repaid the kindness by stealing church items and pi$$ing on crosses (emphasis mine):

In Brooklyn, at another church housing OWS protesters, an occupier urinated on a cross, according to Rabbi Chaim Gruber, who has angrily abandoned the OWS movement. [...]

At West Park, Rev. Brashear walked into the church for a morning service to find the 18-inch-diameter bronze basin and lid missing from the baptismal font’s 800-pound base. Holy water — straight from the River Jordan — had been poured from the missing basin insert into the base’s bowl. (Source)

Department of Corrections officials say that David Gatlin, 40, was released on Sunday after being pardoned by Barbour, who leaves office on Tuesday. Gatlin, who has worked as a trustee at the governor's mansion, was denied parole less than two weeks ago.

It's not the first time Haley Barbour released convicted killers. All these killers should have been put to death.

Aussie Dave is no longer an anonymous blogger. Dick Silverstein finally achieved his desperate goal. It must be the highlight of his immature, pathetic blogging career.

While having Aussie Dave's identity and location exposed is most certainly a serious issue - especially to Dave and his family - I can't help wondering about an even larger issue that affects everyone who blogs under pseudonyms. A director for the Electronic Frontier Foundation, which is an organization claiming to be dedicated to protecting and defending the rights of bloggers who want to remain anonymous, stood idly by while Silverstein went on his obsessive witch hunt. Even more disturbing is that Jillian C. York seemed to encourage Silverstein. She commented, "Oh good" when assured that Aussie Dave's real name had been leaked. Jillian posted this about that comment:

A blogger, who has been blogging anonymously for nearly ten years, does not make the rookie mistakes of a) putting his address on Facebook and b) linking his real life Facebook page to his anonymous blog. I pointed this out to Silverstein (in fewer words), who claimed that the information was trustworthy and had been emailed to him, and that the blogger had inadvertently connected his blog to his Facebook page. To the latter, I commented, “Oh good” and left it at that.

What Jillian did not do was discourage Silverstein. She took the time to question the validity of the initial information. She commented on both Silverstein's blog and Facebook page. She took the time to tweet about Aussie Dave, calling him an "asshole." She even took the time to stop by Aussie Dave's IsraellyCool blog and bleat that a blogger who inadvertently ("idiotically" she called it) outs himself is "fair game."

What she didn't do was help defend a blogger who made it clear he wanted to remain anonymous. She didn't take any time to ask Silverstein to reconsider his quest to expose an anonymous blogger, even though she made comments at both blogs. In fact, I haven't seen even one word of condemnation from Jillian toward what Silverstein did. She didn't uphold the principles of the EFF.

Instead, she is still making excuses and placing the blame squarely on Dave.

Completely giving Jillian C. York the benefit of doubt about her "oh good" comment, I still have to question her integrity when she made it so abundantly clear during the fracas she doesn't like Aussie Dave or, judging from her support of Palestine, his pro-Israel stance. But we have yet to hear how she feels about Silverstein, who instigated the whole mess, and who also happens to be very pro-Palestinian.

But she assures us it had nothing to do with politics.

Oh good.

UPDATE: Richard Silverstein has finally admitted he was duped:

Yesterday, I reported in a post that I believed I had exposed the real identity of Aussie Dave, author of the Israellycool blog. It appears that he invented a fake identity in order to perpetrate a hoax on me. It boggles the mind that he went to the immense amount of trouble he did to perpetrate this hoax. It tells you how much free time he has on his hands to engage in all the subterfuge that was necessary to fool me. It tells you precious little about me, but quite a lot about him.

Notice Dick isn't the least bit apologetic for exposing what he thought was the identity of a Pro-Israel, anti-Jihad blogger, which could have put Aussie Dave in very real danger. Instead, Dick appears almost disappointed and resentful he failed in exposing Aussie Dave's real name and actual home address.

Dave thinks he’s a genius because I [sic] fooled me. What he doesn’t realize is that in his blog post, he proudly admits that he created a hoax Facebook account for a non-existent person using the photo of a real person, a clear violation of Facebook rules.

OMG, Dave! Now you're in trouble! He's reporting you to Facebook! You thought the threats from Jihadists were bad, wait until Mark Zuckerberg finds you!

You are filth, Dick. The fact you would deliberately put another blogger in danger over petty cyber-bickering says a whole precious lot about you. Not to mention your credibility.

Shame on you.

And shame on Jillian York of EFF for not making even the slightest effort to protect a vulnerable blogger. Did you, Jillian, say "Don't post his private information, Richard"? Did you say, "Maybe it was a mistake, don't make it worse"? No. You said, "Oh good."

Pro-Palestinian, anti-Israeli blogger Richard Silverstein is breaking his arms patting himself on the back for exposing the "real" name and address of a pro-Israel blogger, Aussie Dave. Dave set up a fake Facebook page and then "accidentally" linked it to one of his posts:

For years, I have been posting about his hatred for Israel and nastiness, which makes a mockery of his blog’s name Tikkun Olam (“Repairing/Healing the World”). Recently, he was cited by the mainstream media, due to his posts blaming Israel and the Mossad for explosions in Iran and Lebanon, as well as for leaking online some FBI surveillance transcripts of conversations caught on F.B.I. wiretaps of the Israeli Embassy in Washington. Although I have demonstrated on numerous occasions the inaccuracies in his posts, I knew I had to step things up a notch to really show how unreliable and careless with the facts he is.

So I set a trap. I asked a friend of the blog to approach Silverstein with “proof” of my real identity, knowing how much he wanted to reveal it to the world. In order to make it believable, I inserted an “easter egg” into this Silverstein-related post.

Silverstein took the bait and gleefully posted the fake personal contact information, despite the fact that such exposure would put any pro-Israel, anti-Jihad blogger in real danger.

Not cool, Dick.

Sen. Charles Schumer’s brother-in-law was quietly nominated this month to a federal judgeship in New Jersey — a move that has some in the Garden State crying political foul, The Post has learned.

Kevin McNulty, who is married to Schumer’s sister, Fran, was named to the US District Court by the White House late on Friday, Dec. 16. According to a boilerplate quote, President Obama believes McNulty is a “distinguished individual” who “will serve the American people with integrity and a steadfast commitment to justice.”...

...What no one mentioned is that McNulty, 57, was the last-minute choice of Lautenberg, who had been leaning toward other candidates until surprisingly submitting McNulty’s name to the White House.

Lautenberg and his aides have given no public explanation for the decision to go with McNulty even though the latter had never been publicly touted as a contender for the job, which carries life tenure and a $174,000-a-year salary.

A Muslim man has been jailed in France for punching a nurse who tried to remove his wife's burqa during an emergency C-section.

Nassim Mimoune, 24, was earlier banned from the delivery room after calling a midwife a "rapist" when she tried to perform an intimate examination on his wife in a Marseille hospital on Monday, La Provence newspaper reported.

The pregnant woman, who had been having contractions for two days when she was admitted, begged her husband to allow the examination, but he threatened her with divorce.

Mimoune, a construction worker from Paris, was then taken away to view the childbirth from another room, but flew into a rage when he saw the nurse removing his wife's burqa.

He smashed open the locked door of the operating room and punched the woman in the face, telling her to replace his wife's Islamic veil. (Source)

Representative Keith Ellison went on a 24-hour diet hunger strike to show his support for the #Occupy protesters who apparently went on a hunger strike December 8th:

Rep. Keith Ellison, D-Minn., embarked on a 24-hour hunger strike in solidarity with four Occupy DC protesters who have gone without food since Dec. 8 to advocate for D.C. voting rights.

I suggest the protesters also pledge to forgo all water as well, just to speed things up a bit before the holidays.

A British doctor shot dead by the Taliban was part of a humanitarian mission that had helped 2,000 Afghans, an inquest heard yesterday.

Dr Karen Woo was executed alongside nine other aid workers after they tried to cross a mountain river in August last year. [...]

Shortly before her death she had helped to save the life of a baby boy who was struggling to breathe.

Her team had been halfway through a 120-mile, three-week expedition in the northern Nuristan Province when they were ambushed.

London police are labeling #Occupy protesters as domestic terrorists, citing an increased crime rate at #Occupy sites, including illegally entering and occupying empty and abandoned buildings.

It happens here in America as well. #Occutards have taken over empty offices they feel entitled to, since the owners choose not to use the building as they see fit.

The London occupiers justify the criminal activity:

“The building has been abandoned for a good few years now and we think it is crazy for a bank to have it empty and not used when we know at the same time there are so many family homes that have been repossessed. Occupying that building and giving it back to the community is definitely not a terrorist act,” [Occupy spokesman Spyro Van Leemnen] added.

Redistribution of property. If you don't use your property as these #Occupy protesters see fit, they think they have the right to take it from you.

In a real marxist society - the utopia these #Occutards long for - some of those in this video would have been hauled away never to be seen again. But living in a free society, they can behave like the children they are without any consequences.

Watch how they hop around taunting those with whom they disagree. Then they steal the guy's sandwich and break his glasses. This is the type thing I would expect from preschoolers when the teacher isn't looking.

But as incredible as it is, these are supposedly adults.

About 15 people were sitting on the benches in Director Park, the movement's most recent home for its general assemblies and spokes council meetings, with the remnants of today's food. And many were decidedly unhappy—with what happened, and how occupiers either responded or didn't.

Talk among some at Director Park was that drug dealers wielding skateboards surged in, ate some food, and spat in some occupiers' faces while demanding they leave. Some reports said they were gang members, but that's not confirmed. Either way, the campers packed up and boogied out...

Maybe the cities should hire the skateboard gangs to clear the camps? It appears they are much more effective.

After weeks of spitting on, provoking and insulting police, these #Occupy idiots wonder why the police aren't there to protect and serve.

BALTIMORE (AP) — Baltimore police say a woman has been charged with assault in a stabbing at the Occupy Baltimore site.

Officers say Desiree Nicholson, 23, of Halethorpe has been charged with assault in the incident early Sunday at the encampment at the Inner Harbor. She is being held on $75,000 bond.

According to a police report, the unidentified victim says she and Nicholson had gotten into an argument “because [Nicholson] was not taking care of her cat.” (Source)

British police say 22 people have been arrested outside of the US embassy in London during a protest over the use of military drones in Pakistan.

Scotland Yard confirmed the arrests on Friday at the demonstration organised by a group calling itself United Ummah.

The demonstration was advertised as a gathering that would include Friday prayers outside of the US embassy to draw attention to "the murder of Muslims with drones".

The reek of urine and unwashed bodies hung over the former Occupy Los Angeles camp Wednesday as masked sanitation workers hauled away 25 tons of debris from the barren lawns around City Hall. [...]

"It's so contaminated, it doesn't even make sense to sort it out," said Jose "Pepe" Garcia, 49, superintendent of the city's north central sanitation district.

A dozen city sanitation workers were suited up in white coveralls, gloves and boots after reports that there might be a lice or flea infestation, Garcia said.

The protesters are the people Obama supports.

But since Wyclef Jean has expressed support for the #Occupy movement, don't expect the "99%" to challenge Jean's very questionable method of becoming even richer, a method even more unethical than a bank asking that loans be paid back...

In the months following the devastating earthquake in Haiti, a charity run by hip-hop star Wyclef Jean spent a pittance of the money it took in on disaster relief and doled out millions in questionable contracts.

Yele Haiti’s coffers swelled to $16 million in 2010, the most the charity had ever received. But less than a third of that went to emergency efforts, and $1 million was paid to a Florida firm that doesn’t seem to exist, The Post has learned.

The #Occupy movement seems to view some 1%ers as allies while demonizing others. It boils down to support. 1%ers who support the #Occupy movement are really a part of the 99% who have been reluctantly imposed with wealth. But instead of surrendering that wealth and living like the 99%, these 1%ers would rather suffer in their protected mansions.

A capitalistic corporation that becomes wealthy by providing a product consumers demand and voluntarily purchase is somehow more evil than individuals who become wealthy by exploiting the victims of natural (or even "man-caused") disasters. The #Occupiers don't have the intellect (or maybe they just don't have the integrity) to see this absurd hypocritical standard.

I ask you, where would you feel safer eating a nice meal - In the 4 star Algonquin hotel sitting beside Matilda the cat, or in Zuccotti Park sitting beside the 'lotion man'?

New York City's Bloomberg seems to think Matilda is the greater health threat.

Lower Allen Township Police said they arrested a “zombie shopper” at the Capital City Mall for trespassing Friday morning. [...]

[The Zombies] walked and groaned through the mall, often transfixed on shiny items in store-front windows.

Mall security called police only about 30 minutes after the zombies arrived.

I know that, even to the expert eye, it can be difficult to distinguish between Zombies and #Occupiers. A quick rule of thumb - if it tweets, it probably isn't a real Zombie. It is a well known fact that Zombies can't tweet. Something to do with the teeny, tiny keypads on mobile phones.

Just take care. We don't want any living creatures, however brain dead they may be, accidentally mistaken for a Zombie.

What the media didn't report - and what the left didn't want you to know - is that the students organized the pepper spray incident. It was their choice.

Not only was it their choice, they deliberately FORCED the police to respond. In this video, a UC Davis student lets it slip. She describes being pepper sprayed by the police, but not before revealing that the students had surrounded the campus police and refused to allow them to leave, as they were trying to do.

And I lifted my head at one point, and one of the protesters had come to kind of protect our huddle of people, and he just told me to keep my head down. And then, from that point on, all I could hear was screaming around me and people being jostled.

Once again, the #Occupy movement proves they are nothing like the Tea Party:

When 26-year-old Nathan Shafer heard about the arrests of 19 Occupy Columbia members outside the State House last Wednesday, he did what lots of people do when they get angry -- he vented about it on the Internet. He saw Gov. Haley's Facebook post about the arrests and Haley's comment that she "appreciate[s] freedom of speech," and that's when authorities say Shafer crossed the line.

"I hope someone murders you before I do," Shafer said he commented on the post. "How's that for freedom of speech?"

No anti-Semitism at #Occupy protests? Those captured on video are just "outside agitators"? Apparently, leaders and organizers are exempt.

Mohammad Malik currently is as an activist with several other Islamic groups.

He has led hate-filled anti-Israel protests in which participants were filmed wearing Hamas paraphernalia while chanting "Nuke Israel" and "Go back to the oven" – a reference to Jews being killed in the Holocaust.

Malik has been widely quoted in the Florida news media in recent weeks speaking for Occupy Miami.

The Miami Herald identified Malik as one of the organizers of Occupy's Miami's downtown campsite headquarters.

Obama supports these protesters.

Pelosi blesses them.

@AlecBaldwin thinks its "good" and "healthy".

The #Occupy movement is planning to disrupt Black Friday shoppers this weekend. They have decided you don't have the right to shop in places they deem to be the 'enemy,' so, against your will and in your best interest, they will dictate where you can shop and where you can't (emphasis mine):

Some demonstrators are planning to occupy retailers on Black Friday to protest "the business that are in the pockets of Wall Street."

Organizers are encouraging consumers to either occupy or boycott retailers that are publicly traded, according to the Stop Black Friday website.

This isn't "encouraging" in the traditional sense of the word. This is "encouraging" in the Alinsky sense - do as they tell you to do or face the consequences. Your rights be damned.

That's exactly Obama's plan. He is making no effort at all to save the economy. In fact, he seems to be deliberately heading in the opposite direction.

But it isn't just the Obama Administration and the Democratic Party that has me frustrated. It is also the stagnate Republican Party and GOP Presidential candidates who insist on political correctness.

Enough is enough. We still have a year to go before the next election and I'm certain the majority will vote to get the current Administration out of office. My concern is that the replacement will be far from worthy. As in the past five Presidential elections, it appears I will again be forced to vote for the lesser of two evils, rather than for a qualified, deserving candidate.

It looks like lawlessness pays off after all.

Just last week, several #OccupyLA protesters were arrested, from masturbating in front of children to violent assaults with deadly weapons. So, how does L.A. county bribe reward them?

By giving them free public land and office space:

Los Angeles officials have offered Occupy L.A. protesters a package of incentives that includes downtown office space and farmland in an attempt to persuade them to abandon their camp outside of City Hall, according to several demonstrators who have been in negotiations with the city. [...]

Lafferty said city officials have offered protesters a $1-a-year lease on a 10,000-square-foot office space near City Hall. He said officials also promised land elsewhere for protesters who wish to farm, as well as additional housing for the contingent of homeless people who joined the camp.

Well, not totally free. It'll cost the #Occupiers one dollar, which may be a little rich for them. But just curious, does L.A. plan to offer a similar deal to the Tea Party? Of course not.

Porn company Dirty Boy Video, which (we're guessing) specializes in videos of boys who are dirty, used a tent in the middle of the Occupy Oakland encampment at Frank Ogawa Plaza as the set for a recent video shoot. As Le Fag reports, along with the promotional stills, "This video could be a nice historical document in years to come, should the movement prove more than a flash in the pan.

We've been waiting a very long time for this. We have so much on this dude that I'm not sure where to start except to note that we've been following Jose Pimentel for some time and he's one of those hip-hop wannabe type Jihadis.

That, and it took me oh about 15 seconds tracked the bastage down when we first really started looking hard at him back in July.

News is starting to leak about the arrest this weekend of a New York City man who planned to bomb police and military facilities. The NY Post reports:

The NYPD and Manhattan DA’s office have arrested a terror suspect who was planning to bomb city police facilities and US military sites, where he plotted to target returning war personnel and the families who gathered to welcome them home, The Post has learned.

The suspect, who lives in Manhattan, was arrested after he actually purchased bomb-making materials, sources said. He’d been on the authorities’ radar for about a year, the sources said.

It wasn’t immediately clear exactly where he planned to attack.

We can report here exclusively at PJM that the man arrested is Jose Pimentel of Harlem. On his Facebook page he describes himself as:

I am a Muslim convert from the Dominican Republic looking for other muslims living in the US specially in New York City to share a brotherhood with and to help each other stay firm on the religion. Also looking for anyone that wishes to learn more about Islam and other religions.

Jose was a prolific terrorist blogger and familiar face around the Revolution Muslim and Islam Policy websites. He shares a blog called http://www.kalamullah.com/ who's donations tracked back to Islam4UK and Islampolicy members.
