Sabirhan Hasanoff Appeals His Conviction

He's not saying he didn't want to kill infidels at the NY Stock Exchange, just that the part about him saying he wanted to bomb the NY Stock Exchange should be thrown out.

An Al Qaeda wannabe raised in New York City appealed his conviction Tuesday, arguing his lawyer failed to challenge government evidence obtained through NSA spying.

Sabirhan Hasanoff claimed he received ineffective counsel prior to his sentence of 18 years behind bars for providing support to Al Qaeda.

“I repeatedly requested attorney (Joshua) Dratel to move to suppress the warrantless wiretapping as it related to my, and my alleged ‘plot’ to bomb the New York Stock Exchange,” Hasanoff wrote in the motion filed in Manhattan Federal Court. “Dratel refused to challenge that warrantless eavesdropping, and I had no choice but to plead guilty.”

Probably his lawyer refused because he knew there would be both a FISA warrant and a subsequent search warrant produced by the prosecution.

Anyway what a Murtad, This little 18 year stretch in Federal Prison is a simply a test from Allah. A real Mujahideen would embrace his sentence as like a total blessing.
