"Professional Thief" Back At Work After Near Fatal Shooting
A 15-year-old is back to breaking in homes a year after being shot:
If a bullet to the head can't put him on a straight path, nothing can. His family even seems to enable his criminal activity. His brother proudly calls him a "professional thief." His parents claim the shooting left him physically disabled.

Currently, the case is stalled. The prosecutor is trying, for a third time, to get a Grand Jury to return an indictment. The fact the prosecution has already failed twice indicates the jurors are not satisfied the evidence supports an indictment.
