MEMRI Notices Malaysia's Blind Eye to Taliban Business Dealings

Unfortunately our efforts to get a Malaysian company to stop illegally providing business services to the Taliban have so far gone unheeded. The Malaysian authorities are also turning a blind eye to their international obligations as Malaysia's Interpol office, their embassy, and even the local police in Selangaor have also been notified of SKS's illegal business dealings.

From this I can only presume that they don't care either: a) because they covertly support the Taliban; or b) because they care more about making money than they do about international terrorism.

But it is good to see that MEMRI has a report out about Malaysia's tolerance of the Taliban. Perhaps their wider readership will result in some action? MEMRI:

Currently, these websites are hosted by Malaysian firm SKA Technology Sdn Bhd, whose address is: 24 & 24A, Jalan Cerdik, Taman Connaught, 56000 Cheras, Kuala Lumpur, Tel: 603-91005371, email SKA Technology identifies itself as "a specialist in the system integration, design and installation of security systems."
Want to do more? Then read my post here on how you can encourage the company to stop doing business with the Taliban.
