Illinois Teacher Accused of Giving Too Much
(Mossville, Illinois) A 22-year-old gifted education teacher at Mossville Junior High and Elementary School, Kayla Trueblood, has been accused of engaging in sex with a male teen student.
Trueblood has been charged with aggravated criminal sexual abuse.
The alleged victim is a 16-year-old boy and a student at Illinois Valley Central High School. According to the Peoria County Sheriff's Department, he is not a student of Trueblood's.As a 22-year-old gifted education teacher, Trueblood apparently wasn't aware that there's a point at which a teacher should stop giving.
