Muslim Prison Radicalization a Problem ... in Russia?

We know this is a problem here in the US. We also know that it is a problem in the UK. But if radicalization is also taking place in Russian prisons, then I'm guessing this is pretty much a problem .... everywhere:

The head of the center of the Volga regional and ethno-religious Studies of the Russian Institute for Strategic Studies Rais Suleymanov, believes that the ideology of Islamic fundamentalism among the Russian prisoners is emerging as a threat to national security.

"More and more, we find cases where religious extremists, once in prison, deploy propaganda among inmates, thereby seamlessly recruiting its supporters, and often with great success, than outside," - said Tuesday the expert portal "Interfax -Religion ".
