American Arrested in Somali Puntland for Terror Support
Terror Free Somalia reports that one of two men arrested in the independent province of Puntland as members of the al Qaeda linked al Shabaab group was an American. Abdirizak Hussein Tahlil, pictured above, was found with suicide vests and other materials thought to be headed toward the violent Islamist group. Tahlil is said to be an American citizen.
