Midland TX: Train Hits Wounded Warrior "Hunt for Heroes" Parade Float, 4 Killed
Tragic, just tragic. 25 Wounded Warriors arrived in Midland, TX yesterday afternoon. "The group of 25 was brought in for a week full of events to show them gratitude for their service."

DEVELOPING -- At least four people were killed and dozens injured Thursday after a train crashed into a trailer carrying veterans during a parade in Texas.Our thoughts and prayers go out to all affected by this terrible, terrible tragedy.At least four deaths have been reported and at least 17 people were injured, and seven of them are listed in critical condition.
A flatbed 18-wheeler truck was reportedly carrying 24 veterans and their families for the " Hunt for Heroes" parade in Midland when it was hit by a train.
"Show of Support" president and founder Terry Johnson tells the Midland Reporter-Telegram that a Union Pacific train slammed into a trailer that was on its way to the wounded veterans event about 5 p.m. Thursday.
