Texas Teacher Claims Victimization in Student Sex Case - Update

Brittni Colleps.jpg(Fort Worth, Texas) Last month, former Kennedale High School teacher Brittni Colleps was convicted on 16 counts of improper sexual relations with students for engaging in an orgy with five of her students.

As a result, Colleps was sentenced to five years in prison.

The most damning evidence against Colleps was that graphic, homemade videotape of her group sex.

"I felt like I was victimized in that video, because I did not, I never gave my consent for it, Colleps said in a jailhouse interview with 20/20 airing Friday night.

Although Texas law forbids teachers from engaging in sex with students, controversy regarding the Colleps case has surfaced because the male students were at least 18 years of age. (h/t Howie)
