Personal Security Mandate
Police services cost the American tax-payer billions of dollars per year. Medical and emergency services to help crime victims add to that cost. A simple solution: mandate that all law-abiding citizens purchase weapons to defend themselves and protect their families.
People who refuse add an unnecessary burden on tax-payers and, therefore, should pay a penalty if they choose not to protect themselves.
