Obamacare's individual mandate survives as a tax,... upheld under the Tax Clause.

5-4...Kennedy, Alito, Scalia, Thomas against..Roberts is the deciding vote to uphold Obamacare.

Retailers Dismayed by Supreme Court Decision

WASHINGTON, June 28, 2012 – The National Retail Federation released the following statement from NRF President and CEO Matthew Shay on the Supreme Court’s decision on the Affordable Care Act:

“As the voice of retailers of all types and sizes, we’re disappointed by today’s ruling. The Court missed an opportunity to redress the many shortcomings of the law.

“As it stands, the law wrongly focuses more on penalizing employers and the private sector than reducing health costs. For these reasons, NRF has been a consistent skeptic of the Affordable Care Act.[More...]

Pelosi also doesn't like the tax word: "Tax is Washington talk"[video]
Responding to a question from The Daily Caller, House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi shied away from siding with Chief Justice John Roberts in labeling the healthcare law’s individual mandate constitutional as a tax, telling TheDC that “what you’re talking about here is Washington talk.”
I take that as a yes in Pelosi speak.
