Party Of Violence?

Two semi-related stories.

First, a homeowner was paid beaten after refusing to display political signs of a democratic candidate:

Officials with the Taos Police Department say they are still working to get to the bottom of the alleged beating of a Taos landowner over the removal of political signs from in front of his property.

Next, from the Republican side, homeowners are being beaten paid to display Walker political signs:

Milwaukee County Dem Chair Sachin Chheda said that Walker supporters can't get through the day without "cheating."

“This latest lowlife sleaze comes on the heels of countless reports from around the state of various Republican dirty tricks on behalf of Walker," Chheda said in a statement. "For instance, reports surfaced last weekend that Walker supporters are paying homeowners to post Walker signs on their lawns."

Hmmm, so beating homeowners for refusing to display signs is fine, but paying homeowners to display signs is a "dirty trick"? I guess it's just business as usual. Nevermind. Carry on. Nothing to see here.
