5 Foreign Nationals Arrested In Texas Courthouse Break in


The FBI and local police say they are trying to figure out why five French-Moroccan nationals tried to break into a Texas courthouse in the middle of the night.

At least five foreign nationals are in custody after the attempted break-in at the Bexar County Courthouse in San Antonio, which triggered a bomb scare and FBI terror investigation, a source close to the case tells FoxNews.com[...]

The pair, along with another man, who was outside in an RV, are being questioned by the FBI Joint Terrorism Task Force.

Documents found inside the van showed the men seemed to have traveled extensively to high-level security facilities around the country, investigators said.[More]

The men apparently stated they were just trying to get a tour of the city. Breaking into the courthouse to do that? Sure.

SWAT Team members and the S.A.P.D. Bomb Squad also searched the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center downtown but also did not find anything suspicious. A conference on national security issues is taking place at the convention center and authorities wanted to ensure it was not targeted
