Video: Smaller, More Frequent Attacks

If you have an hour to kill here's a good speech by David Gartenstein Ross at USC on al Qaeda's post 9/11 strategy of smaller and more frequent attacks. Stick around for the Q&A on related homeland security issues and especially about putting the stealth jihad into a context (about 56 minutes in).

I don't agree with David Gartenstein Ross's assessment that the ink cartridge plot was "successful". This is simply AQAP spin on a failed attack.

But, he's right that AQAP and other Salafi jihadis don't have to succeed to do economic damage to the US.
