Video: Smaller, More Frequent Attacks

I don't agree with David Gartenstein Ross's assessment that the ink cartridge plot was "successful". This is simply AQAP spin on a failed attack.
But, he's right that AQAP and other Salafi jihadis don't have to succeed to do economic damage to the US.
