Federal Prosecutor: Avoiding Taxes to Fund Terrorism not Related to Terrorism
Pete Seda is accused of tax fraud in an attempt to smuggle $150,000 to Muslim fighters in Chechnya.Federal prosecutor Chris Cardani said this is not a terrorism case, but that it is a tax case. Cardani said Seda falsified records to avoid a paper trail for the money.
