WikiLeaks Preparing to Release Video of Alleged U.S. 'Massacre' in Afghanistan [Ironic Update: WikiLeak Insider Accuses Founder of Defrauding Donors]

As the founder of the whistleblower website WikiLeaks remains underground in fear that the U.S. will detain him, the site is preparing to release a leaked video of a U.S. airstrike in Afghanistan that is said to be more shocking than the Iraqi video that sent its controversial leader into hiding.

Julian Assange, who has been garnering more attention since it was announced that Pentagon investigators are looking for him, told his supporters in an email this week that he has a classified video of a U.S. attack on Afghan civilians.

In an interview airing today on "Brian Ross Investigates," a weekly investigative news magazine show airing on ABC News Now and Hulu.com, a member of the Icelandic Parliament who has worked closely with Assange said the Afghan video is expected to be released shortly.

The last one wasn't shocking, it was edited & Jawa, with the help of our readers, showed the deception.

At least one RPG and AK-47 clearly seen before permission to fire given. The pilots then mistake camera slings for AK-47 slings, but the Reuters photographers were clearly with Mahdi Army insurgents.

RPG? What RPG?

File this under assmaggots.

Update by Rusty's iPhone: Sweet, sweet irony. Not only does the person making the accusation do it anonymously, the story is being run on Cryptome, a site which publishes the same sort of documents WikiLeaks alleges they are also about. Get that? Anonymous whistleblower blows WikiLeak-gate wide open on WikiLeak-lik site.

But if the story turns out to be true, then WikiLeaks is just a giant scam to let Assange live the kind of luxery not usually afforded to basement dwelling convicted hackers who's sole claim to intellectualism is a pretense to understanding "anarcho-syndacalism".

Any "journalist" who still takes this guy seriously deserves the sarcastically placed quotation marks around "journalist". I'm looking a you "journalist" Brian Ross.

When this guy gets his ass beaten, do me a favor and video tape the whole thing. I promise complete anonimity and "the world deserves to know uncomfortable truth" about what a crying little both this guy is bound to be.

Thanks to Uptight. ~iPhone, please excuse typos.
