Malika El Aroud Trial Begins
Just a reminder of who Malika El Aroud is and why we care about her trial. Ms. el Aroud was the widow of one of the men who murdered the leader of The Northern Alliance the day before 9/11.
More importantly, she ran the Minbar SOS Islamic forum which directly linked al Qaeda to potential recruits, especially among the French speaking jihad eHadi crowd.
The worst part? She was already convicted once in Switzerland for distributing al Qaeda propaganda over the internet. They overlooked her extensive ties to al Qaeda. Then they let her out. The she started recruiting for al Qaeda again. And planning a major attack against the EU.
Are we seeing a pattern here? Oh, that's really her in the picture.
Nine alleged members of an Al Qaeda terror cell, suspected of having recruited jihadists and prepared attacks, go on trial in Brussels Monday....Belgium is a NATO member, therefore her recruitment of Muslims to fight against NATO troops in Afghanistan is an act of treason. For that, she should get the death penalty. Instead, she might be looking at 10 years, max. And for that France, Jr. should be ashamed.The central figure in the trial is 50-year-old Belgian-Moroccan Malika El Aroud. Aroud, who is being held under high security, is the widow of one of the killers of Ahmed Shah Massoud, head of the anti-Taliban Northern Alliance in Afghanistan.
According to the Belgian federal prosecutor Aroud, an admirer of Osama bin Laden, led the recruitment of jihad fighters in Belgium, sending young Muslims off to train on the Afghan-Pakistan border. They were sometimes escorted by her second husband, Moez Garsalloui, who is one of those being tried in absentia. According to the prosecutor, he had ties with "important" Al Qaeda figures.
She also helped recruit an American, Bryan Neil Vinas, to join al Qaeda in Pakistan. Vinas even participated in at least one attack against a US base in Afghanistan. Vinas is currently serving time in a federal pen.
One only can hope that Aroud will be found guilty and then sent to jail where she'll room with a 300 lb. bull dyke. Who after a few months of having her way with el Aroud will do us all the enormous favor of introducing her to a shiv.
