Blame Bush: Obama Budget Higher Deficits Than Last Year!
It's Bush's fault.
Every. Single. Dime.
Last year's deficit: $1.41 trillion -- worst ever.
This year's deficit: $1.56 trillion -- even worse.
I think the conversation between Peter Gibbons and his occupational hypnotherapist in Office Space sums up the Obama era nicely:
Peter Gibbons: So I was sitting in my cubicle today, and I realized, ever since I started working, every single day of my life has been worse than the day before it. So that means that every single day that you see me, that's on the worst day of my life.Messed up indeed.Dr. Swanson: What about today? Is today the worst day of your life?
Peter Gibbons: Yeah.
Dr. Swanson: Wow, that's messed up.
I'm not sure I totally got the whole Tea Party movement. But now I think I'm beginning to see the light.
