AlQaeda Linked Al Shabaab Shows How They Support Medical Clinics For Somalis By Sploding One
The Islamist group of Al Shabaab said it was behind the attack in revenge for what it called indiscriminate shelling of residential areas by AU peacekeeping forces in Mogadishu"We thank Allah for success of the mission....I don't think "Allah" will appreciate murder of innocent Somalis and Allah knows best.
