Schadenfreude with Nut Sauce
On the menu today at the Hard Fact Cafe is a small serving of schadenfreude drizzled with nut sauce. Libs are battling libs.
Take our liberal acquaintances, the alternative energy activists and the environmentalists, who are in direct conflict with each other regarding use of the uninhabited stinking desert.
On one side, alternative energy supporters want to build a major solar power plant in the Mojave Desert. On the other side, environmentalists say "No! We must protect the lizards and snakes and bugs!" They want to create a national monument.
The controversy has now apparently been resolved and the environmentalists won. Plans for a major solar plant have been scrapped.
