Birthers Fall For Fake "Kenyan Birth Certificate"
For those of you who care, I spent a good deal of time last week arguing with Birthers at Hot Air - too much time that I'll never get back, as it were. For sport, mainly, but also because I believe that we need to expel this 9-11-Truther-like lunacy from the mainstream of thought on the right. It's stupid, poisonous and - worst of all - FAKE.
In the latest 'development,' the Birthers, thinking they had a "smoking gun," were salivating over a document produced by birther priestess Orly Taitz (photo below). The only thing was that the document was fake. They got Rathered.
Seriously - for those still clinging to the Birther fable - knock it off. It's not good for your sanity. You're wrong, the evidence does not support the conspiracy claims, and you're making it harder for us out here who are trying to fight bad policy instead of chasing and battling windmills and shadows.
Step away from "the light" and come back to Earth.

PS: Case and point - even 9-11 Twoof leader and professional paranoiac Alex Jones, once a proponent of this nonsense, is starting to think the Birthers are crazy. Alex Jones runs a website called PrisonPlanet that makes the John Birch society look like elder statesmen.
KEEP DIGGING, BIRTHERS. The twoof is out there.
