Christian Murdered for Drinking From Muslim Tea Cup
(Machharkay Village, Pakistan) As he pleaded for mercy, a young Christian man, Ishtiaq Masih, was beaten with rods, clubs and stones then stabbed multiple times for ordering and drinking tea at a Muslim only refreshment stall.
The owner and staff, all fundamentalist Muslims, have been implicated in the attack which Masih did not survive.
The incident occurred on May 9 and, although a complaint was filed against the assailants, it appears the police are not going to make any arrests.
