Well looks like
its about time to create a Mexican tobacco cartel.
Thursday's legislation gives the FDA power to evaluate the contents of tobacco products and to order changes or bans on those that are a danger to public health. The agency could limit nicotine yieldsNicotine related drug violence soon to follow.
Which is cool, cause dying in a hail of gunfire while swimming the Rio Grand with a carton of "real Marlboros" is much more romantic than say COPD.
