Joe Biden Tells Everyone

Where to reach him in an emergency.

I wonder which will cost more? The new super sekrit bunker location that will have to be built because he released the cat. Or the new super high tech device that affixes to Joe Biden's mouth to keep him from from re-releasing the cat.
