Obama's Cap and Trade Threatens American Produced Fuel
And 325 jobs. But might have probably thought all oil companies were teh big evil-profit making multinational exploiting oppressors.

One of the main goals of the newly proposed American Clean Fuels and Security Act is to reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
But, it's hard to gain something without giving up something. And, small oil companies, like Country Mark, say they're the ones who will be giving up the most.
IMO this is the bill that all the mustard controversies and other hypes MSM stories are designed to distract from. Both the FDA and EPA have declared they have the authority to regulate CO2 emissions if congress does not act. Obama was assisted the founding of a cap and trade market in Chicago.
This will hurt ordinary hard working Americans everywhere. Not just in the midwest.

Brad Ellsworth of Indiana's 8th district is working on some exemptions for small business. But these exemptions will be little comfort in the face a such a huge and sweeping increase in cost in dollars and jobs for everyone. This is the issue that will affect us all more than any of Obama's other policy goals.
