The Environmental Protection Agency suggested Friday that greenhouse gas emissions — including carbon dioxide — endanger human health and welfare. The proposed finding opens the door to new regulations on myriad activities.Now of course "Congress will have to act" to "protect business" and the "little guy". Obama's first really big deployment of administrative power. Which he will disclaim, "nope not me", of course. Besides eventually someday maybe it will mean "lower energy costs". Its a down payment on our future.
