About Those Earmarks, "Wait Until Next Year"
It's the evil Boosh/Cheney/Rove's/ fault.
According to White House budget director Peter Orszag Obama doesn't want to deal with the earmarks in this years budget because:
"He doesn't want to revisit the spending bill Congress put together before he was elected."Next year he will make good on his campaign promise:
"When he is fully involved in the budget from the start."Obama, you are the President now. Unlike when you were in the Senate, you can't vote present!
