Bin Laden's Driver Going Home to Yemen
He's going home to the country where they cut deals with terrorists convicted of murder. I'm sure he'll be greeted as a hero. The other hundred at Gitmo pose a problem for Obama considering Yemen's near total lack of a counter-terror environment.
RNW: Osama Bin Laden's former driver is to be extradited to his homeland, Yemen, later this week. Salim Hamdan is currently being held at the Guantánamo Bay United States detention camp in Cuba. This year, he was found guilty of supporting terrorism and was handed down a five and a half year jail term. He will serve the remainder of his sentence in Yemen. As he has already served most of his term at Guantánamo Bay, he will be released at the end of the year.

It analyzes the risk factors for returning the detainees finding: In sum, 227 (94 percent) of the 242 detainees we studied in detail had at least one of the four red flags outlined above; 181 (75 percent) had two or more red flags...Collectively, for example, the detainees have extensive ties to Islamic charities that are known to be al Qaeda fronts. And many of the remaining inmates have interacted with senior al Qaeda officials, including Osama bin Laden
