Valid ID Needed for Sandbags, Not for Voting
(San Francisco, California) Try to explain this. I can't.
During the winter rainy season, free filled sandbags are provided to San Francisco residents showing a valid ID.
In order to qualify as a registered voter in San Francisco, no valid ID is required.
