Lloyd Marcus is a wonderful singer and talented artist. He grew up in the projects of East Baltimore. The tragedies he saw there as a child made him realize that Great Society projects and welfare destroy people’s lives and their communities.For some positive vibes watch the vid of Marcus singing "Sweet Sarah".
