DOW UP 40 POINTS IN PAST MONTH... UP 18% PAST 5 YEARS... UP 44% PAST 10 YEARS...Bush gets the blame from Democrats for when it goes down - no matter what. How about some credit for when it goes up by almost half its value over the course of Bush's presidency?
