Uh-O... Pennsylvania's Bitter, Clinging, Bible-Thumping Gun Nuts Turning Against Obama
If you think the above chart looks bad, wait 'til you see Zogby's latest numbers.
Ed Morissey surmises that Obama may be able to make up for a loss in Pa. with a win in Va., but I'm pretty sure that'd be a pipe dream for the Obama campaign. Virginia looked like it might be competitive in mid-2004, but Bush ultimately bested Kerry in Virginia by the same 8 point margin that he'd beaten Al Gore four years earlier. If Obama's game plan relies on a win in Virginia, I'm pretty sure he's royally screwed.
