What's Old is New Again: Al Qaeda Releases 9/11 Anniversary Video to al Jazeera

Laura Mansfield sends this:

Once again, As Sahab has bypassed its internet release channels and has released its newest video directly to a television network, in this case releasing directly to Al Jazeera earlier today.

The hour and 30 minute video tape shows Zawahiri, Mustafa abu al Yazid, and Abu Yahya al Libi.

Check Laura's site later if you're interested.

More proof--like we needed any more--that Adam Gadahn is dead? Or is al Qaeda trying to reignite the flame of lost love they once enjoyed with al Jazeera's senior editorial staff?

In any event al Qaeda is promoting the new video over at Ekhlaas with the banner above. I wonder how they got it to al Jazeera before releasing it on the nets?

Or does al Jazeera have backstage access to al Qaeda's online hangout? If so, this says more about al Jazeera than it does about al Qaeda's as Sahab branded productions.
