Afghan Intelligence Claims ISI behind Kidnapping of Japanese Aid Worker
Afghan Intelligence captured a Pakistani national who said that he was paid by the ISI to kidnap a Japanese aid worker in Afghanistan. Mr. Kazuya Ito, a Japanese engineer, was kidnapped on Aug 26th and later found dead with multiple gun shots. The taliban had claimed responsibility for the kidnapping.
ISI, the taliban...whats the difference?
