AP Fact Checks Palin....
...or just schilling for Obama?
Actually, it's the kind of reporting that should be done. But doesn't it kind of read like an Obama press release? And did the AP do the same kind of "fact checking" on Joe Biden's acceptance speech?
No bias in the media folks. Move along.
Thanks to Matthew.
UPDATE: In the comments someone mentions that the author of the AP piece, Jim Kuhnhenn, works for the Soros funded leftwing advocacy group Media Matters. Is that true?
UPDATE II: Good Lt. says that Kuhnhenn doesn't work for Media Matters. Why put them on the payroll when they'll do your bidding for free, eh?
And, to be honest, I think this kind of reporting is good. The problem isn't with the media fact checking politicians, it's that they tend not to fact check politicians of their own stripe. It's human nature really: to be skeptical of that which doesn't jibe with our worldview and to let pass those things we already believe to be the case. Why fact check facts that every one knows are facts?
And Brian comes up with an alternative search on Joe Biden's speech with similar results.
Another Update: 51% think media bias showing over Palin. Gee, ya think?
