John Edwards (D) - BUSTED
That honest, high-minded, principled former Democrat veep candidate, Obama AG candidate and short list veeper, John Edwards (D), looks like he had an affair, lied about it, and got caught.
No mainstream press full-court press. No wall-to-wall coverage. No network news anchors breathlessly reporting each utterance. No curiosity. Press silence.
No bias, either. If this were a Republican former veep candidate and McCain short lister, I'm sure the press would afford the same due deference and respect to the nominee and his family. And his political party.
