The Hunt for bin Laden Hinges on Pakistan, Not Bush
An interesting note from Steve Schippert on why the hunt for Osama bin Laden is once again in earnest:
What all this means is that our ability to actively pursue and kill al-Qaeda and Taliban terrorists inside their Pakistani safe havens with Pakistan’s cooperation and/or acquiescence may come to a crashing halt very soon. The window is closing. Not on the Bush presidency, but on the Musharraf presidency.Read the rest. An Obama Presidency and the end of Musharraf could spell double trouble.
