Obama: Chavez is Bush's Fault

Chavez was elected to power in 1998, during the Clinton Administration. Bush had nothing to do with it. Nothing. Zilch. Zero. Nadda. Goose-egg.
He's probably just tired. Traveling the 57 states nonstop offering fistfulls of HOPECHANGE! is enough to tire even the most Holy Messiah out.
