Terrorist Bail Jumper Turns Self In
Yesterday we reported that Abu Izzadeen and six other men were found guilty in the UK on terror related charges. One of those convicted, though, had skipped bail, fled, and went into hiding. Shah Jalal Hussain turned himself in today.
BBC:
Shah Jalal Hussain, 25, was found guilty of terrorist fund-raising on Thursday and will be sentenced alongside five other men shortly.Let's hope he gets the maximum sentence. He surrendered at Kingston Crown Court a day after his conviction and was arrested by police.
He had been given bail but went missing from his home when the jury began deliberations on 8 April....
He faces a maximum sentence of life imprisonment after a court heard of his support, in November 2004, for al-Qaeda leader Osama Bin Laden.
He was also recorded calling for a jihad-style war against coalition forces occupying Iraq.
He can be seen in the following video speaking on 9/11. He laughs at the thought of people jumping to their deaths from the Towers. It's too bad the Brits don't have the death penalty any longer
