NATO Admits To Dropping Weapons & Supplies To Taliban

Update on "Coalition Accidentally Drops Weapons and Supplies" to Taliban

Nato had previously denied they had anything to do with the incident. Now it comes out a private helicopter company was contracted by NATO's International Security Assistance Force. Very interesting development.

Yahoo KABUL (AFP)

NATO admitted on Thursday that a helicopter mistakenly dropped military supplies in the wrong place in southern Afghanistan and that they had subsequently disappeared[...]

"On March 25, a private helicopter company was contracted, on behalf of an ISAF unit, to resupply an Afghan National Police (ANP) outpost located in a remote mountain area" of Zabul provine, an ISAF statement said.

They didn't mention which helicopter it was and said it was just a "human error"
in longitude and latitude placement. Call me skeptical but I don't buy it.
