Zawahiri: "We Don't Target Innocents" Photo Essay
I guess it all depends on how you define 'innocent'. Ayman al Zawahiri, al Qaeda's #2:
We haven’t killed the innocents, not in Baghdad, nor in Morocco, nor in Algeria, nor anywhere else.
