Zero Tolerance : Barack Obama Takes a Stand on Racism

Kudos to Barack Obama for taking a strong, unequivocal stand denouncing racial and ethnic stereotypes against "anybody of any ethnic group." In the wake of the kerfluffle over commentary considered "racist," Barack Obama announced a "zero tolerance" rule for such behavior:

“He didn’t just cross the line...He fed into some of the worst stereotypes...There’s nobody on my staff who would still be working for me if they made a comment like that about anybody of any ethnic group.”
Of course, Obama wasn't talking about his racist pastor, who spent the last twenty years delivering weekly sermons angrily denouncing "The United States of White America" and the "US of KKKA." That would've required moral courage. In this case, Obama announced his "zero tolerance" rule in response to radio host Don Imus, who had made ONE, SINGLE, silly offhand comment about "nappy-headed hos," which took all the moral courage of...a typical politician.

I'm gonna go out on a limb and surmise that there's more where that came from.

I do seem to recall someone warning about "chickens coming home to roost."

(And yes, I FULLY realize that all this focus on Obama's racist pastor makes us all pawns in Hillary's primary strategy. I just can't help myself.)
