Jerusalem: Terrorist Had Targeted Rabbi At Religious School
Update on earlier post regarding deadly shooting at Jerusalem's Mercaz Harav Yeshiva which killed 8 students and left others injured.
The Lebanese newspaper quoted Palestinian sources as saying that the terrorist, Ala Abu Dhaim (pictured above), planned to kill "an extremist rabbi who taught in the yeshiva," but having failed to track down the rabbi, he instead went on a shooting spree, killing eight students.
Apparently the group behind the attack was going to take responsibility but held back after learning the Rabbi had not been killed.
I wonder if Dhaim thought "since I am here I might as well kill someone". Thank God he is dead.
