Isn't the 07 country code Russia? I'm guessing these are satellite phones purchased through a Russian agent.
These aren't the phone numbers I had on file. Don't you hate it when terrorists keep changing their phone numbers? It's like the "T" tab on my Rolodex is completely useless!
