Two Brits Arrested for Encouraging Terror

Good news: Manchester, UK, police have arrested two for circulating materials encouraging acts of terror. Bad news: they made bail.

Well, it's a start. If any one hears more details about these arrests, I'd appreciate an e-mail.

Manchester Evening News:

Amjad Mahmood, 29, and Shella Roma, 27, both of Chester Road, Werneth, Oldham, were charged with the same offences.

It is alleged that on or between 11 October, 2007, and 31 January, 2008, in Greater Manchester they distributed or circulated a terrorist publication.

The charge states that they also intended to encourage the commission, preparation or instigation of acts of terrorism.

This does not appear to be the same Amjad Mahmood who was part of a plot to behead a British soldier.
