Shrimp Queen Teacher Busted in Teen Sex Case
(Biloxi, Mississippi) The 1996 Shrimp Bowl Queen and science teacher, Rebecca Bogard, was arrested last Friday for allegedly engaging in sex with a 15-year-old male student.
Bogard, 27, has been charged with sexual battery. More here.
The boy's family alerted the police.
Bogard has been suspended from her teaching position at Fernwood Alternative School. She was booked into custody and released on $50,000 bond.
