Shock: Liberal Filmmaker Can't Find Osama bin Laden
Rumors had been circulating that lefty filmmaker Morgan Spurlock, no doubt started by his own publicist, had found Osama bin Laden. Alas, the rumors turned out to be false.
Spurlock's new movie, Where in the World is Osama bin Laden, comes to the shocking conclusion that it's really hard to find bin Laden. Not satisfied with the mundane, Spurlock's new film is groundbreaking in that it claims, probably for the first time ever, that bin Laden got away because the Bush Administration was distracted by Iraq.
Epiphany: when psycho theory that the CIA really knows where bin Laden is, or is secretly holding him somewhere, all in an effort to bolster support for police state and war for oil turns out to be, well, psycho, then fall back to default "blame Bush for everything" theory.
The film obviously deserves and Academy Award.
