Republicans Have More Sex Than Dems, Thompson Supporters the Most

Allahpundit is making readers go to the original story, but I'll just cut to the chase:

-- 55 percent of Republicans have sex at least once a week, compared with just 43 percent of Democrats.

-- 14 percent of Thompson supporters and 12 percent of Obama supporters claim to have sex "almost every day."

Republicans are freakay, Thompson supporters freaky-deaky.

Actually, the full results show that Republicans tend to have fewer sexual partners over their lifetimes, begin to have sex later on in life, and have sex more frequently than Democrats. They are, in fact, much more "sexually healthy", if that term means anything.

But this isn't anything surprising at all. Despite the stereotype of get married then stop having sex, married couples are much more sexually active than singles. If you think about it, there are a lot of single people out there having zero sex, which brings your averages way way down.

So, if anything, the survey just reconfirms everything we know about married people: we're getting it on a lot more than you single losers. No, internet porn doesn't count as "sex".

And it also reconfirms what we already know about Republicans: they're more likely to be married than Democrats.

So, married people are more likely to have regular sex and be Republican.

None of this, of course, explains why Thompson supporters are the most likely to have sex everyday. Theory? I'm guessing size really does matter.

This calls for a Ron Paul girl pic. Yeah, Ron Paul is a Republican. Sort of.
